Ordered 6 weeks ago. Still not shipped. Customer service reps lie every day with a different excuse and empty promises. They refuse to call me back and refuse to contact the manufacturer to find my order. Apparently they're selling items that they don't have hoping that the third party shippers have them to fulfill their orders.

Regarding one of the running boards. The underside of the running board we could not use one screw. The threads in the hole were defective. Otherwise running board is on
