Bumper and skid were delivered on time and in good packaging. Installation was a little longer than planned and installed per directions and YouTube.

My experience was great! The grille was exactly what the site said and I got it in 2 days.

Guys, this is a site that I've followed for quite a long time. I've watched a ton of videos you guys create, and engage a lot with the user loaded pics. But you gotta re-evaluate a few things. Owning a Jeep Wrangler has been a dream of mine decades in the making, and I finally made that a reality in February when I took delivery of the custom 2022 Willys I built at the dealership the previous October. As with all Jeeps, the real fun is after purchase when you can customize and personalize the Jeep to really be your own. That's the phase I'm in right now.

I finally pulled the trigger on my first purchase with you guys, and before I could even get a tracking number I'm bombarded with "how'd we do" emails, "give us a review" emails, and an entire stream of marketing emails. It's simply too much.

First- I have no idea "how you did"... I haven't even received the product, I haven't checked the quality, I haven't used your customer service... all things that need to happen in order to tell me "how you did".

Second- the sheer number of marketing emails I've received in the past few days has been nothing short of deluge. I finally unsubscribed, and now you're lost a name in your customer file, and the ability to reach me to try and generate further sales and experiences. Please take a look at your post purchase flow... I can't be the only customer of yours experiencing this.

Lastly- my end of day rating could very well turn into a 5 star, but again, please reference the above to understand the context of why it is where it is today.

I honestly wish you all nothing but the best, and I'll continue to check in on your site from time to time, but for now my focus is just on receiving my order and going from there.
