Bought this to repair daughters jeep. Kit came on time, and complete. Kit even had the instalation tool. Kit had great instructions, will definitely remember this for future orders.

I placed the order on the 10th and received it on the 14th. I had logged into my account and saw that the shipping date was 9/22 and cancelled the ordered. I then received an email later that evening stating the parts had shipped. The customer service was excellent with handling the situation.

Just received my MBRP turn down exhaust for my 2022 Toyota Tacoma and I absolutely love it! The shipping was great and came to my house within three days.

Ordered a complete Dana 44 front axle kit. Initially it was sent out without a description thus when UPS received it at their shipping warehouse they sent it back to Extreme terrain as it would take way too long to go through Canadian customs with no Information attached to it. So, I call get it all straightened out and they offer me a $25 gift card on my next order for the inconvenience. Which i felt was more of a joke because I spent just $950 with them. To Top it all off though when the parts finally did arrive I noticed the box felt extremely light. To my surprise there was only 2 pieces out of 14 in the box... One inner axle and one outer axle nothing else. Not even the universal joint to connect them. So, I call them back up and eventually request to speak to a manager as he and the regular employee just kept saying "that sounds like a incomplete order and we don't have those in stock anymore so we can refund you".
So, I say alright when can I get my money back from you guys. As I am beyond done with their customers service at this point.
I am notified that once they receive the $200 worth of parts they sent me in their USA warehouse and process them back in stock it will take 3-5 business days. Therefore, I wont see my $950 for another several weeks. This is unacceptable and certainly disgraceful on the entire company as a whole. Especially when majority of people are feeling tightly strapped with money due to rising food costs, gas, inflation, you name it. Prices of everything have increased and sadly this company thinks it is acceptable to not only send you whatever they feel like at the time but then think it is acceptable to hold your money during the most pressing and dire times for the common consumer. This company should be shut down. RUN AWAY! DO NOT ORDER!

This is my go to website for modifications to both my tacoma and my jeep yj the selection is amazing and theres always the exact thing I'm looking for and if it's out of stock there's always a alternative that is just as good. I had a set of headlights come with a missing part and I emailed the support and they were quick to answer and get my issue figured out. I'm hoping to get the missing piece in a few days. Will continue to be a customer whenever I need a replacement part or modification to any of my vehicles!
