This took so long to put on. The directions didn't even say which bolts to use. I had to guess. Lastly the brackets didn't match the diagram on the instructions.

I am still giving a 5 star rating here, communication after the order was fast, I got the items in a good time, and i work in a service department that gets graded on surveys, so i know how valuable good surveys are. However, when ordering them the description of what comes in each order said that each order contains only one bracket and hardware, so naturally I ordered 2 since I need both sides. I received my order and it has 2 separate, and identical boxes each containing 2 brackets and hardware, so now i have 4 brackets when i only needed 2. Also, what is pictured on the site, while matching the installation directions exactly in what is pictured, is completely different that what is in the boxes. What got shipped to me i know will still work, but it is not what was pictured on the website or what is pictured in the instructions.
