While I can appreciate the importance of sales and marketing, I think your recent methods amounted to being bothersome. I received multiple emails and texts daily. Some weren't even focused on my known vehicle. I own a Bronco, I don't want a bunch of junk for jeeps. Basically, I'm saying adjust your algorithm to focus on my selected vehicle. I think this will be less bothersome, and in the end generate more sales!
The part I ordered didn't fit my 2024 Tacoma SR5, double cab 4x4 even though the website indicated "fitment". The item was "truck knucks". Return was easy and my account was credited for "in store" credit.
The hood guard I got for my jeep wrangler didn't stick even after I prepped it. I will try the grille this weekend but I am sure it will be a problem some way. Don't buy the hood guards

Late night shopping. I made my purchase before adding the rest of the items I needed. Cancelled the order to so I could add everything on the purchase. Called up the next morning to get it corrected and withing 7 minutes total call time, my order was completed. Very happy with the help and ease of correcting my mistakes. Thanks again..
Made my order of 24 items and within 5 days I received 23 items and was notified that the 24th item was on backorder. All items were packed well and were not damaged
Finding my part was easy, I didn't need any help, but it's nice to know you can get help if you need it. Plus the shipping price seems fair enough, not like others!
It's important having the videos to watch. I just bought head lights and tail lights and knowing what the lights looked like in the videos was the determining factor. There was one I was interested in, but the video didn't show the turn signals, so it didn't get bought.
Concerned. I received two of the three things I ordered. I received the gas cap and the door panels, but I did Not receive the trash can with cup holders. Not happy.

We do our best to ship items directly from our warehouse, but there are times when we have to reach out to the manufacturer to have the item shipped to our customer and this was the situation with the Trash Can with cupholders. In reviewing your order, the "get it by" date noted on the product page for this item was noted as 4/9/-4/16. We do see that the item was delivered to you on 4/9/2026. The other items on your order, that shipped from our warehouse, we show were received on 4/7/2026.
We do have a Customer Portal, where you can go and review your orders and the tracking numbers associated with your orders. To access the portal please clink the link below:

I had some questions and wanted to make sure I ordered the correct parts. Gave the team a call at Extreme Terrain. Talked with Tom G. Tom confirmed the parts I needed, asked if I wanted the covers included, quoted me a price, and completed my order. Ordered Friday. I received an email with my order confirmation and saw that the covers were not included. I called back Monday with no answer and left a message to his direct line. No callback that day. Called Tuesday, no answer. I texted the direct line Tuesday day and received no correspondence. I called the original number back and was transferred three times before Tom called me directly because they couldn't figure out how to transfer the call. Tom explained he remembered the call and what I ordered but didn't know why the kit without the covers was placed instead. He said I would need to return the kit, pay the difference and they would ship a new kit. That is unacceptable for multiple reasons. The biggest being I scheduled time with my mechanic and this would put me out of the window. Very disappointing on multiple levels. First time using this company, very disappointing. Oh, their Veterans discount isn't really a discount... It's more of a store credit... I will have to try and order covers from another company in time, or put that upgrade off until I change the fluids in the differentials again.

Got a 2022 Gladiator Sport, has a tonneau cover, but does not have a bed mat, ordered a rough counrty mat and waiting to get it, ordering was great, bought other items from you for a 2015 JK Sahara that I sold.
There are always great products available when looking. This happened to be the product I needed and available in an open box with a discount so I jumped on it. It was delivered promptly and already installed.

Been looking for a new rack for the bed of my truck couldn't make any decision, but when I saw the platform for this one, it made it super easy once I made my decision. You can unsubscribe from these emails by opening one of the emails and at the bottom there is a link that says "Unsubscribe." Once you click that button we will unsubscribe you from the emails. You can also contact our Customer Service Team and they can also unsubscribe you from receiving the emails.
If you have items saved for later, or a build list on our website, you will need to remove the item from that list to stop receiving emails for those specific items.
