Everyone I have spoken to has been super nice and helpful. No complaint against the customer service reps or sales people. I have ordered several products that have had issues. The amount of money spent and the damaged products have left a bad taste. I ordered a shark grill for my JK, it arrived cracked. Ordered a red rock attack stubby bumper, one of the fog light mounts was welded off center (obviously I understand that's a manufacturer issue). Ordered a rough country rearview mirror that was packed poorly and arrived cracked. It was also misleading to picture the pigtail adapter with the morimoto projector fog light in the product pictures. It would be more clear if it's specifically stated that the lights don't come with the pictured adapter.
