I bought a lift kit in November, got sent the wrong kit that was advertised online. I sent the kit back to get the right kit sent to me. Now I'm January the lot arrived and was the same kit as the first one. Two months later, extreme terrain figure out the advertised the wrong kit for the price that was shown online. They didn't even try to help fix their problem and mistake. They'd rather have an unhappy customer. So before you buy for this company, I'd be careful cause they're aren't helpful in resolving their own mistakes.
My experience was great, staff were friendly and helpful.
