My package arrived in a timely manner and product was exactly what I expected. However, when the paper envelope that I ordered my lights in arrived it was so damaged that the boxes inside were crushed and not even recognizable as boxes. Then the bubble wrap inside was so damaged there was no bubbles left. Luckily my lights were not damaged. Then there was the product magazine included that was so smashed you can't even turn the pages without fighting them.

Hi, Sad, I received my SB seat covers and one of the cushions had two broken clips that would run under the seat to hold the cover in place. A 5 cent plastic piece can set your project back and in limbo, should have been seen before sent out, or make the clip, the weak link, something that can be changed out without having to exchange out part or all of a order!

I placed my order and by mistake did not order the heavy duty leaf springs that i thought A hour after I realized my mistake I called and spoke with a rep He told me he couldn't fix the order I would think in such short time something could have been done

Really liked not having to constantly check for fitment. And liked the selection available for my older Jeep
Easy shopping and shipping was on time but the part that was ordered was plastic and in the video it was seen as a metal so I had to order a different one made of aluminum
I was in search of a bed cover for my Tacoma. I found the one I wanted and noticed it said open box. I called customer service and he answered every question I had. I was confident purchasing and when it arrived everything was there with no damage and installed very easy
Web site is great, Very fast shipping and I like the photos of accessory's. The grab handles I ordered are of very poor quality and not satisfied...everything else I have purchased has been great.
Was delivered in 2 days! Ordering was very easy, great price, can't wait to get it installed.
