Overall experience was good, got parts on time except one leaf spring came one day later than the rest of my parts but that was probably FedEx fault, this was my first time using Extreme Terrain, Ive always used Quadrotech 4X4 so I was a little scared but everything was good. I talked to the salesman and got transfer case drop that you will need for a 2 1/2 lift, the only thing that I think you need that I didn't get and salesman didn't tell me to get was longer quick disconnects, the old ones did work but I'm going to order longer ones for 2 1/2 lift and if you can afford new shackles get those also but if your a budget old ones will work. It took me and a friend about 6 hours in total to do work with replacing shocks and transfer drop with some tortch work because of old bushings seized to the bolt on old leaf springs, job is all done jeep rides so much better and a lot higher than before but my springs where completely wore out so it seemed like a 4" lift, I'm glad I didn't go with 4" lift, I'm getting older lol, Hope this review helps Happy 4 wheeling, I'll post pictures of my jeep

This experience is far from good or perfect this is my 4th jeep build. I have used other company's in the past and didn't have this much trouble getting a confirmation on my order. The order was charged to my credit card. I know because your site said there was a problem so I called my card and they said it had went thru. I still don't have a confirmation and you had to add a delivery option on my order for it to process. So here I sit not knowing if I'm getting 1 order 2 orders or how much I'm being billed.
I've gotten several emails about the parts I have on my wish list but they should have been ordered. I have received a thankyou for the order but not a conformation.
I've already sent an email and have had no response.
I don't need 5 emails in one day about what is going on sale I need to know about what I have ordered.
This is not a good start for the beginning of this jeep build.

Very easy to use your site and place an order. The order was received by me very quickly. It was a very smooth process.

Bought the Barricade Trail Force HD Front Bumper with winch. I received an email that said the shipper would contact me for delivery instructions, but no one did & I got home one day & there it was. It was a day or 2 earlier than the tracking info listed. I panicked when the paper instructions included said it was for an'07-'18 JK, but I ordered one for an '18-'23 JL. I went to website & opened a chat & was told it would fit both. The instructions included are fairly useless, makes it look like 8 simple steps. It's not. The install videos on the website helped, but they all miss important details. For example, no one mentions how to actually get the fog lights back in. It took us an hour just for that step. You have to squeeze a finger behind it and line up the nut without being able to see anything. No tools fit back there so you tear your finger apart trying to hold the nut in place while you line up & screw in the bolt. We eventually wrapped our finger in a rag so it would hold it tight enough. When it's time to put the bumper on, the instructions also say "install bumper, securing with provided hardware" but no one tells you how hard it is to line up those 8 bolts or how to get them to stay in place so you can line up the hardware. Sheesh, there were 4 square plastic things we finally figured out were to hold those 4 bolts that go on the inside on, but they move when you tighten them & the bottom part is difficult to keep lined up. You can't reach behind it. Anyways, maybe it is a one wrench job for a mechanic with help and all the right tools, but it took us about 5 hours! Seems well made, it's very heavy! It's on now, and it looks great, so yay for that!

I ordered these hood latches and my husband put them on and they are great!
He said they weren't hard to put on. They look wonderful. I had to get out on the interstate to see of they worked (without the hood flutter). Highly Recommend!

Product was perfect as described. Shipping was a little long.

My first time ordering, all went well plenty of communication and the item I ordered came on the day it was to be delivered.

Ordered more stuff for my jeep to add to it. Hopefully to make it look sharp. Probably be adding more in time
