I ordered a product and then tried to cancel the same day and was told that I had to wait until I received the item and then return the product. I did this and was told I had to pay a 10 dollar return fee plus tax. I spoke w customer service and they refused to waive the fee. It was 10. On an order of 30. They also make it difficult by stating you need 2 pictures of the box and in large print they offer store credit and in tiny print below they offer your money back - the 10 dollar fee. Feels like a scam to me be careful if they are willing to get a bad review over 10 consider if you should buy at all.

The RC Multiple light controller fits perfectly on top of the dash, wire harness is long enough to run it exactly how you want it. It is powered straight from the battery instead of the accesory switch but that wasn't a big deal for me. Comes with fork "Y" terminals for your accesories and zip ties. I really liked how the base sits off-set instead of being exactly on top of the engine.

DO NOT BUY FROM EXTREME TERRAIN! I PLACED AN ORDER FOR FENDER LINERS AND I RECEIVED HEADLIGHTS! TO FIX THE ISSUE I HAD TO TAKE PICTURES OF WHAT I RECEIVED AND FIND A FED EX DROP OFF AND RETURN THE HEADLIGHTS. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE FENDER LINERS! THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS IE TERRIBLE!

Awesome place to shop for jeep parts. Very easy to shop for the parts you need.

Timely delivery, Nice kit, fun to get new parts. Installation easy, However the kit came with two outside left pads so was forced to use old outside right pad to complete the job. I needed the vehicle same day. Didn't have time to return.Possibly I can weld and shape the needed lower finger to complete the fork that holds the lower portion of the pad in placed due to rotor rotation. Have photos if interested. Plan to continue business with the company, ordering back brake kit next. Lesson learned check the kits for correct parts before taking car apart.

I ordered and two days later it showed up. Nice fast and easy. And the installation was super easy!

My Jeep grille was exactly the way it was shown Love it!...I have been looking for Pink "everything" for my Jeep will be ordering again soon

We recently purchased a 1997 jeep and Extreme Terrain has the best prices and product in stock.

This year we adopted a golden retriever puppy...who is a bit clumsy so Jeep life with a fumbley puppy requires safety gates for the back seat! The doors I purchased were smittybuilt and are amazing. Super easy to install. They arrived within 2 days, which was perfect! Little pup had his seat belt on and his safety doors in place for his first ever naked Jeep ride! They are definitely worth the money

Fast shipping. Box was really beat up when it arrived, but the top was fine.

Ordered cooling fan. The one I purchased was 480. Box was opened when delivered. Installed fan. Temps ran up to 15 degrees hotter. Removed fan. Installed Mopar OEM fan. Temps can right back to normal. I knew better to install open box. Tan for an hour. Can't rerun. Product does not perform as it should. This will be my last purchase from you.

Except the storage (wrong part) is comparable I need to return
