I have been patient, followed protocol and have waited 11 days with no update. I wanted to try out extreme terrain, now I regret my choice. The only support I've received is a bot reassuring me my order is coming. Very disappointed.

My experience is always very great,
Accessories Are pretty cool deliveries always on time and everything is reasonably priced
At first, I was concerned because the box was damaged and re- taped with a slight tear in the cardboard. But no damage to the cover. I ended up using all four metal brackets provided even though my 2023 Tacoma had the track. The knobs in the front interfered with the track when tightening so the metal brackets provided a much better and secure attachment. Very easy installation. Very happy with the cover as well.
These hood locks are really heavy duty. I am very impressed with the quality.

Every piece is scuffed up. I could look past that because I got an opened box but at least 2 pieces were bent and plenty of missing unlabeled used hardware

Got sent a ad to buy a part. Two days later get a call, back ordered, do you want this more expensive one? We have no idea if or when the one you want will be available. Just keep getting emails about it, told guy on phone just send it when they get in,no big hurry. But seems email about do you still want it, come every other day.

Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
