Every time I have ordered anything from Extreme Terrain, it has always been delivered on time and as advertised. No exception with the Hitch Mount Flag Pole. I have ordered 3 and all are sturdy, the powder coating is thick and durable. Very happy with my purchase as well as worth the price.
All items fit. No issues with my purchases from your website. I have a Jeep jl but I am currently restoring a Cherokee xj. Your site does not let me load an xj but still gives me parts.
This is a very nice shelf organizer for the price and it blends in nicely. Very easy installation. I would have gave it 5 stars but I didn't notice the ( May not fit factory XM radio) until opening the shipping package, it was printed on the box. Hope this info helps.

Visually the runners look great. However during install it became clear the engineered design could be better. Not much outside lip for the U bolts to connect to so kept slipping. Eventually got it to work. Hoping it stays and doesn't slip again. Also had to go to hardware store to pick up a nut that was Mis-sized. A screw was also deformed but was able to make it work.
New grill is great. Very easy to install with the plug and play connectors.
Best upgrade for my Tacoma, works and looks great.

Claims items are in stock and charges you for them as if they will be shipping it shortly. 6 weeks later and no communication unless I'm the one reaching out to find out what is going on. Latest was told it will ship in 3 more weeks making it almost 10 weeks they have had my money and I still don't have a product. Never offered an option to cancel. Just bad business to charge for something that you don't have in stock and don't know when it will be available.

Item worked perfectly. Installation was easy no hiccups. Just straight bolt on no modifying. Would definitely recommend.
Just wish somewhere on the buying page had been a "tools required" section. Didn't realize I needed certain tools until the item arrived
