I ordered an end link assembly and tie rod. I needed the parts fast, and at the time of order was told delivery would be on 9/3. Well 9/3 came and went and no part arrived, and I had no vehicle until 9/5 when the parts arrived. Of course when inquired to find out why the parts were not delivered as stated, no one wanted to accept responsibility and excuses were made. Disappointing for sure.I will not order from here again.
Been eyeing some headlights for a while but wasn't completely sold on them. Asked a representative if I could avoid the feature & they said yes & even offered a discount. Those 2 reasons are what made me purchase them right away.
In researching multiple websites extreme terrain listed they had an item in stock. I placed my order on August 20 to be advised finally on September 8th that the supplier who they order it through is back ordered until mid September. When I was advise previously it was end of August. Contacted supplier directly and not in production until mid October….so the item was not in stock according to their website, I canceled my order and found it on the competitors website

The Jeep products I bought are beautiful and undamaged as expected.
The prices are a bit higher but for these items I will not complain.

My parts showed up very quickly, just a few days, and fit my Jeep perfectly. The website had me put in my specific model and kept me from ordering the wrong parts. I will be back for more stuff from these guys. Nice work!

I ordered Tail lights and got them within a few days.
Ordered front and back brakes. All necessary hardware came with them. Install was simply. Removal was another story. Videos were helpful. Ability to talk to a real person to verify fitment was also nice.
When I opened the boxes, all of the weights from the balance had fallen off of every tire so I had to go to a shop and pay for it.
