Very easy to navigate the website and place the order! Very user friendly! Placed the order in the morning and received my order the next afternoon! You cant get any better than that!
The only place that i found that had a harmonic balancer on a 1976 Jeep CJ5 with a 5.0 litre. Very easy to order online did not have to bother anybody with having them check. Awesome!
I purchased an open box front bumper for my Jeep wrangler and I received missing more parts than what was specified. After several minutes on the phone the supervisor finally offered a resolution for the issue by issuing a credit. I used the credit for the open box back bumper that was missing a C bracket. I had customer service verify that was the only part missing per suggestion by the supervisor and that is why I purchased it. When I received it, it was missing the whole tire carrier so the bumper was useless. After speaking with the supervisor they said they would give me a small credit or I could take off of work to have a carrier come pick it up costing me time and money. This was. Or acceptable to me so I asked to speak to a higher supervisor which was Crystal. They said I would get a call back and after several phone calls and weeks later I have not heard from anyone and they would not transfer me to a supervisor to escalate it anymore. This is a prime example of what customer service should not be. I will not be buying from this company anymore and will tell all of my friends the same thing.

I ordered some black door handle overlays for my tundra. 1st time arrived and didn't fit so service rep said would send another as probably a defect, sent another and still didn't fit. Rep asked me if sku was correct I said no, rep said they had no idea what was going on. I asked for a refund or to upgrade me to a better model. They refused the upgrade and said they'd started a return and didn't need to send anything back. I get an email next day saying I need to return the items. Then another saying disregard previous email. 10 days go by and still no refund. I email again and ask for update they say issued as store credit. Never did I ask for store credit.so here I am fighting for a refund and all I wanted was my damn foot overlays that for. Very disappointed.

Really appreciated the informational video that gave me an idea of how the exhaust system would sound.
I ordered both front hub bearing assembly's for my 99 wrangler Sahara TJ, we were told by a associate that if we ordered them by a certain date that they would be here the day before I had to go to work, when we placed the order it also stated it would be here that same date so we proceeded with the order, while we waited for them to arrive on that said date, they never did, now they said it wouldn't be but another day or two past that date, which I have to work those days, I also did pay for the shipping protection which was a extra 2.50 or so and still they stated there is nothing they can do. If they give a date they need to keep that date

Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
Answer: Not worth giving this company a second chance. Other more legit companies to purchase from.
