I ordered a steering kit from them based on their "experts" with the parts that I currently had on my gladiator. They had written out a quote to me claiming the parts that I'd be ordering were the proper fit. Had the kit installed, after a month I noticed my stabilizer wasn't in the proper location. Apparently my stabilizer isn't compatible with the clamp I was sold and it destroyed my stabilizer. Contacted them trying to have the stabilizer replaced. They refused and claimed I didn't order based on their quote even tho I had direct emails from them confirming I did. Will never order from this fraud company ever again.

Haven't had time to install but everything looks to be there and high quality bumper for the price

Do yourself a favor and read the description of each specific piece. It'll save you $10 if you end up not liking it and returning it

Ordered this Grill Guard the day after Christmas and it was delivered 3 days later. The order process was very easy! I used the video that was shown on the website to install the Grill Guard and they were very informative and easy to follow. Overall a great experience.

Placed order, Shipping options were just TRaSH. But the option for what is considered "expedited "… got me everything within 4 days, and considering when I placed the order …. Good thing I paid the extra $13-15.

As usual I received exactly the right part in a timely manner. Excellent service!

Seems like it helps with the noise. Definitely want to be careful installing it. Once you stick it on it doesn't come off.

I ordered several parts from Extreme Terrain. They shipped in separate boxes with the same tracking number. This evidently created a problem with the shipment that I was not aware of. The tracking info through FedEx said it was ALL out for delivery (delivered between 10:40a-2:40p). Since it was out for delivery, In an effort to save time and have the lift installed on-time, I began removing the old suspension and swapped the 31" tires for 35's. When the shipment came, it was only 1, small component. The rest of the lift was either lost or not shipped initially. Now, I am stuck with a dismantled vehicle in in a garage bay that cannot be moved. Even if I spend the hours to put the old suspension back on, I won't be able to fit the wheels and tires without the lift. So I have a garage bay I can not use until this is resolved, an upset customer that has no vehicle to drive and has nothing good to say about me. Extreme Terrain's idea to "make it right" was an insulting $20 voucher (Less than 1% of what was spent). For me to make it right to my customer, I offered to install a stage 3 lift instead of the stage 2 lift that they paid for. (About a $360 difference). When suggested that Extreme Terrain cover the difference, they offered the $20 voucher.

I recently purchased the "Topsy Stack, Rack and Roll Door Storage" which included the picture of rolling stand... which the word "Roll" is also included in the description. What was not included in the upper portion of the site, nor in the "Frequently Bought Together" was that you needed to also purchase the Rolling Engine Stand that was pictured in the product description. Had to spend hundreds more in order to complete the product to how it was portrayed.
