In the past i ordered form Extreme terrain, and here i am again. I get a good prices and quality products with extreme terrain.
I was able to find the gas cap I need for my vehicle. But the website would not let me to complete my transaction as a guest. I had to make an account. This is aggravating since the guest option is available. Website also jumped around a lot from screen to screen and category to catagory. Definitely needs work

Purchasing process online was easy. Grille arrived 2 days after the email notification it was shift, was great. I love the look of the Grille and the LED lights. Only opportunity was with wiring instructions, said the 12v wire was an Orange white, I didn't have an Orange White. Ended up being the White Brown wire on the 6 pin harness, this was on my 2020 Gladiator. Overall experience was great, I will be ordering more of my aftermarket parts from Extreme Terrain.
I have had a to replace items ordered that were either incorrect or didn't fit, and your customer service team has always made things right in a timely and respectful manner. Because of this, I continue to be a regular customer.

Received control arms with damaged cam bolts. Replacement product out of stock. They initially offered me $25 for the hardware replacement, unacceptable. Then offered me $215 store credit, but the catch is that I can no longer return the LCA in the future…. I took the money and got appropriate cam bolts

A month ago I called to get recommendations on some modifications for my new truck. The sales guy was awesome. Last Saturday I called to order. Also a great sales guy. At the time, the TPMS sensors were showing back order but your system, per your sales guy, was showing plenty. Everything else he specifically told me were in stock and I should receive all my items by the end of this week. I say great. Shortly after my order was placed I received an email stating that the wheels and tires were on a 12 + week back order. I reached out via email to discuss my surprise and concern. During our email exchanges, your associate, Jessica, did not answer any of my questions. And suggested I reach out to YOUR vendor for those items for more information. I very suddenly started to become concerned. Especially at the approach toward customer service. I just spent over 3k, which is a lot of money for me. I'm inclined to cancel the order and give an honest google review. This is not a threat, it would simply be my response to the situation. But I love the products I've chosen and the pricing was great and I'd prefer to keep it how it is. Please tell me if this all sounds good or not good to you with regard to my post purchase experience thus far and what you might do to help move this situation along.

We just ordered an item online so, I can only comment on the online order process. The ordering was simple, I had no issues, and I'm just waiting for our item to ship.
Bought an OEM steering stabilizer. Blew out in less than a year, manufacturer said it was the wrong one and should have had brackets. Wouldn't help me. Pretty weak. Don't buy steer smart parts

I got my package very quickly, but upon opening it, I discovered that one of the two items I had ordered was missing. The missing portion didn't cost much, so I didn't lose any sleep over it. I just hope it was a fluke and doesn't happen again.

You have plenty of items for just about everything concerning Jeeps... and vehicles. I was able to explore parts needed to fix up this Jeep I bought used... and is in need of a little TLC and some personal touches.
Had to return an item double ordered by mistake on July. Was only given the option of in store credit which was not a problem as I knew I was going to order again. Unfortunately the 'credit' does not show on your account. So called Extreme Terrain and Josh said the money had been refunded to me in July. Re checked my bank... nothing. Called back and somehow ended up with a salesman who said he could not help but would route me to customer service. Instead I routed to the automated phone directory. Finally reached customer service and the woman (sorry I forgot your name!) Quickly found the instore credit and got me taken care of. Turns out you have to CALL to use in store credits which they find by your phone number. Kind of clunky way to handle that.

Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
