I haven't received my order yet...but there were some quirky site things like, I was $0.04 shy of free shipping...and got charged shipping. Then I tried to order a neoprene, velcro cup holder and it was flagged as oversize so added $40 to the shipping.

Order on March 24, the tracking said a ticket was created and shipped, but FedEx never received the items. They take your money the second you place the order but even though there system shows it was not shipped 3 weeks later, they make you wait 7-10 days for a refund. You can get store credit immediately, why would I attempt another purchase?

Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
