Installation proceeding slowed due to very hard to remove original bolts. No instructions provided, however was sent the offer to make video for store credit. Will be attempting this no doubt.

Ordering a part and receiving it is not a problem, but when I had to return two items it took more than the 10 days they stated I would receive my refund. I received two items in one box and they stated the refund was delayed because I returned both items in the same box it was shipped to me instead of separate boxes. Go figure.
