One part of a four part order arrive broken. I called and was informed that I had to send pics of the part, which I did and no return was necessary. I then got an email saying that a shipping label was available for the return. I responded saying that I thought it not necessary to return the part. Got another email saying they were reviewing my order and that I should send pics of the broken part. I responded that I already sent pics and shortly after received sn email asking if I received my replacement. I responded that I didn't yet receive it followed by another email saying that the part was in the mail. I decided not to respond any more and the part arrived a few days later. Seems that folks at this merchant don't communicate amongst each other.

We ordered a Smittybilt top and windshield header. The confirmation the next day said the header was on backorder for 12+ weeks. So we conducted a chat to cancel the order, but the next day the top showed up! We cannot use it and with the header unavailable, the top never should have been shipped. We talked to someone, ordered an alternative top and header, and sent the requested pictures of the box to return it with no shipping charge. No one has gotten back to us with instructions on how to return. Please, can someone contact us?

Received the package excited to install the catch can however it was missing some key components. Was sent two hoses which one was the wrong length. However they were also the wrong size as well. Contacted customer service and we worked out a remedy fairly quickly overall. It took some of my customer service skills in order to coach the representative on presenting all available options given the situation. Felt the representative was simply following scripted protocols instead of thinking outside the box on instead of how to keep me moving and not making me wait another 5+ days on returning and waiting to send out a replacement.

I shopped open box for a grille and was not disappointed. There was a couple scuffs on it that were shown in the pictures but they weren't that bad can't even tell it's not new. I'll shop here again
Worked fine...easy install. If you still have rotor stays still in place you need to remove to be sure flush mount of spacer.
Great Look! Affordable! I watched the install video a few times. Two out of three wrenches difficulty rating is accurate for first time install. The first one took about an hour to install. The second one just twenty minutes! Love the halo blinking amber with the turn signals!

Everything I've ordered from this company for my jeep. Wrangler has been remarkable, good pricing and easy to install I especially love the videos that they make to explain every.
I had the same axle's ordered from another place for 3 weeks and had only been told that my order was delayed, so after contacting them was told my order "might" ship out on 4-29 so i canceled my order. Found same item here on 4-11 and received it on the 14th. Awesome shipping..
The live chat support team is a winner in my books. They're knowledgeable about everything and were very straightforward with my questions about a very high-value product. They were not afraid to tell me that the ET website listed incorrect dimensions for the product.
They were also helpful the day after my purchase when I discovered the very same item had gone on sale. They could have been jerks and made me cancel the original order and re-order it for the lesser price but they were cool about it and refunded me the difference. That alone is what will bring me back to ET to by more gear for my rig.
