I have ordered several different items for my Jeep Gladiator over the last couple of months. They have been quick to deliver and i have had no problems with the products.
They always seem to be the ones who have what i want for my Gladiator.
Bought these tail lights less then 2 years ago and got told I had no warranty yet if I would have bought them in January I would of had a 3 year warranty. So I had to buy another set to fix my Jeep. Thanks for nothing.
This was my first time doing any mod on my jeep and I'm glad I started with the grill. It was easy enough to do by myself and looks amazing on my jeep! I couldn't be happier!
Easy to install. Fits snug between the seats. Good idea to zip tie your seat belt buckles up while you slide in it to keep from having to fish them through later.
The first set you sent me were for a 2024 Tacoma, but you admitted your mistake and sent me New steps for My truck 2023 Tacoma. These have two anchor nuts that have bad threads that caused the bolt to cross thread. We tried to get the bolt out, it took grinding a pair of vice grips thin enough to get between the mount and step. I called your customer service number and got crap. I'm taking the step to a machine shop Monday morning and getting the anchor nuts replaced I hope.

It was easy to find what I was looking for and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that my items were on sale! It was a quick few clicks and I'm waiting for the delivery.
Needed fuel rail due to leak, ended up buying the rail, injectors and PCV boots due to suggestions from site. Great prices and product catalog
I was shipped the incorrect item 4 times, had to ship it back and wait for the correct item each time. Took 2 weeks to finally get the correct item on the 5th delivery and customer service only offered me a laughable amount of store credit for my troubles.

It looks good on my 21 wrangler but the whole package was missing its nuts and bolts. Had to go out and buy them separately. Check your box before install

I have ordered several times from Extreme Terrain. Shipping is quick. Customer service is great. They have always taken care of any issues that I have had.
Great one stop shops for all your off-road needs. From off road beginning to fully modded builds they have so many brands in there selection's and great prices.
Called and got a representative in the USA. None of the nonsense overseas. The person was exceptional in all aspects of my purchase. Even followed through with a text message. Amazing
Called to get information on products to make sure they would fit together. Got transfer to a lady and could not get any info from her unless I had order #. Was trying to see if the skid plate from Rock slider worked with the Rock slider power steps on a 2013 Wrangler. Frustrating as hell. Finally the gave up. One of those THTD things ( too hard to do)

Very disappointed with the customer service. Because of distribution center processing debacle in Kansas City and not being able to process any shipments other than manually, your customers sit with no parts to fix their vehicles. The shipping delays to your customers are due your own internal faults but you continue to blame a vendor for not delivering a part for the automated system. Extreme Terrain claims the system broke on Monday but for some reason you could not find the time to automatically send an email to customers to inform them of the shipping delays. We have to call and waste time. Extreme Terrain should overnight all shipments starting today to make this right for your customers. I'm not sure I will return as a customer.

Ordered a replacement oem front passenger axle for my wrangler, stated it was a direct fit for my specific make and model but the universal was much larger and made contact on the spindle before making a full rotation. Filled out the return for to only have to wait a week for a different one for the same replacement and still had to pay for the difference in cost of $30. Beware that what is advertised may not fit your specific model as listed.

I can assure you that our fitment guide on the website pulls all the information you input regarding your vehicle, but remember that it is technology, and sometimes there could be other factors at play as to why a product doesn't work for you. The best thing to do is to reach out to us, just like you did, and let us assist you in locating the correct product. I see that the replacement that was set up was actually for a completely different Front Axle and is not the same product, nor did it come from the same manufacturer. If you continue to have fitment trouble, I would recommend calling us for further investigation.
