I was attempting to order a wench and wench bracket for my Bronco but neither the listing nor the original manufacture website didn't even say if it blocked my factory camera or not. When I called the tech was super helpful, kind, and provided me with the support I needed with no additional pressure. Above and beyond service, as always.

Despite all items showed as in stock with around a week delivery time, only 1 leaf spring of two was delivered on time and 33 days to get a spring hanger. All parts received are of great quality, just wish shipping was better reliable.

We purchased new headlights for our 2012 Tundra and had a great experience from start to finish. We even went back for additional items, including speakers and some interior upgrades. I was told my Wrangler wouldn't pass state inspection unless I replaced the fuel tank skid plate and retaining straps. The tech at Mr Tire, in Latrobe, Pa, pointed out the necessary parts on your website. I immediately ordered the parts. When they arrived, that same technician told me I'd ordered the wrong parts, even though he'd selected the parts on your website and stood by as I placed the order. Frustrated, I took my vehicle to another state inspection facility. My Jeep passed inspection just fine. So, why the one Star? It's because I cannot return the parts to your company.

Horrible wait time. Ordered a skid and took like a month before emailing the company to ask where my skid was, afterwards they took another couple weeks or so and then finally shipped it

What seemed to delay it was the investigation for lost and damaged items, which used to take a full three business days. After that, the replacement is released and processed for shipping. Had not been able to find door storage to replace the crappy netting Jeep is still using. I have electric seats so most are incompatible. The slim line storage inserts were perfect
I ordered the wrong lift kit for my tacoma. Never opened the shipping box. Customer service asked for so many pictures! I had to open it and then pay a resocking fee. After the return was approved, the return authorization for was never sent as the representative instructed. Giving it another chance! I really like the merch...

For items that are never opened, don't feel pressured to open them and take photos of the products; just snap some shots of the box and submit those. After the photos are submitted, you will normally get your return request approved, and the return label will be emailed to you. In the description it said one date for arrival and at check out it was a later one. That was disappointing. Needed it earlier as stated. Ordered anyways good price.

Once the item is added to your cart and you begin the checkout process, the shipping options will reflect the most accurate delivery date since you have provided your full shipping address, allowing us to measure the exact distance. Additionally, depending on when you added the item to your cart, the warehouse cut-off times will be taken into account to determine when it will actually leave the facility.

I enjoy using Extreme Terrain for my Rubicon needs. One can always find something here you didn't know you needed until you saw it. Their staff are super helpful, friendly and professional when I've needed information or assistance. I wish they offered free shipping on purchases over a certain limit but I guess that would be wrapped back into their prices. A few items seem pretty pricey, particularly the Jerry can holder, but the rest of the items seem comparable with other retailers.
I realize that not every ET customer can have this experience but having a distribution facility in the area that's open on Sunday is amazing. This is the second time in a few months where I 've ordered, picked the item up and have it installed in the same day. Always happy with Extreme Terrain.

I have ordered several different items for my Jeep Gladiator over the last couple of months. They have been quick to deliver and i have had no problems with the products.
They always seem to be the ones who have what i want for my Gladiator.
Bought these tail lights less then 2 years ago and got told I had no warranty yet if I would have bought them in January I would of had a 3 year warranty. So I had to buy another set to fix my Jeep. Thanks for nothing.

This was my first time doing any mod on my jeep and I'm glad I started with the grill. It was easy enough to do by myself and looks amazing on my jeep! I couldn't be happier!
