Placed an order on 4/30/2024. On 5/8/2024 I contracted customer service to find out where my order was as there was no shipping information available. I was told that part of my order appears to be lost and the other half was delayed by a month due to being "out of stock." Even though the sight shows "in stock" and states delivery by a certain date. I finally decide to cancel my order for the missing items and the customer service rep instead initiates a return for the two (cheaper) items that I DID receive. I requested a cancelation for the items I didn't receive NOT a return request for the items I did. Pure incompetence by this company. THEN the customer service rep tells me they won't issue a refund until 10 or so days AFTER they receive the items back that I never received. I will never order from them again. Don't buy anything expensive from them. You'll regret it. Screenshot from today showing item in stock. How much do you want to bet their response will be, "called and left you a voicemail?" and "Please reach out to remedy this issue." I have reached out. Next stop will be the courthouse for a small claims suit.
Received items quickly and everything is great quality!
One of my running boards was received damaged. The package was poor but based on how it was damaged. I don't think any type packaging would've prevented the damage..

Need to update shipping and tracking experience. Ordered and ship date said one thing, confirmation stated a different date, actual arrival matched order date.
Ordered rough country 20L gray tanks on 4/30 - showed would be delivered on 5/4. After order went through the confirmation email now shows delivery 5/27?!
The right side of the roof rack does not line up with the drilled holes of the top of the truck cab. I will either need to cut away some of the metal to be able to screw in the right side, or return the rack.
Needed more specifics on soft rear window. Should have offered fastener types and sizes on flare fenders

The side bars were really easy to install, but the description says they are made of mild steel. They most definitely are not. I thought they might be aluminum, but I have my doubts on that as well. I believe they are made from a strong plastic. They weight is way too light to be steel or aluminum, and they use squeezed nutserts for the bolts to thread into.
