Purchased simple brake line brackets for my JK, and the part(s) were great! The item is not the issue. The massive amount of follow up and needless advertising emails that followed even after "unsubscribing" and requests for it to stop has been relentless. Sell Parts. Don't hound customers!

I purchased my new roof rack for the JK. The standard shipping said it would be here in 2 days and arriving on a Sunday. All of my fellow Jeep friends laughed and said I wouldn't see it until later in the week. That would mean having to wait a week to install. But to my surprise it showed up early on Sunday and I was rocking it when I showed up at work on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised.
Called customer service because glue would not stick.
Was offered a minimum refund.
