Overall the experience was solid minus the fact that I wasnt told that I needed a unique set of lug nuts for the wheels which I purchased. Due to not receiving this information, I had to go to a auto body shop twice and waste about 4 hours of my day because they were unable to place the wheels the first time around. After speaking on the phone with one of your reps, I was able to get the information needed on the proper set of lug nuts to use and purchased them via Amazon. I was able to have the wheels put on the car which look great.
Ordered and was delivered quickly and installed on my truck within a few days.
Everything arrived in one piece and the shipping was fast. It's really easy to shop on your website. The available tools made finding parts that fit a snap.

Ordered a 2" body lift for a 2015 JKU from Extreme Terrain. The package shipped out on time by Extreme Terrain using FedEx. Unfortunately, FedEx misplaced the package. The package went through several attempts between FedEx and Extreme Terrain to get the problem resolved. Eventually, I received the package, but it turns out the package had the wrong bolt size. Also, the instructions said it was for a 2013, not a 2015, despite their description labeling it from 2007-2018. I sent the package back.

I ordered a banks header for my jeep and immediately stated getting multiple marketing emails per day. Then I just got an email saying my order has been canceled and a refund will be issued, but without an explanation as to why. Was the item out of stock? If so, do you not have an inventory system to track what you have before the order even gets placed? Now I have to find another vendor and am put behind multiple days on my project.

I received my jeep rear bumper is a timely manner. The installation of bumper was in my garage and was done in about hour.

Pricing, and the parts I'm satisfied with! Everything is just as described and received in a timely manner without any defects……EXCEPT! I noticed upon delivery and inspection of my rims and tires I noticed that my weights have come off 3 out of the 5 tires and rims. Now I have to get rebalanced.
And they could have included a couple free decals or something being my order was over $3000.00!
Looked for a front bumper/winch mount for the 2023 Jeep 4Xe I am doing. Found an open box deal I couldn't pass up. I bought the mounting bolts and nuts are the hardware store.

After viewing your website many times and placing several orders back to bad. I didn't realize that this order didn't include the storage bag and hardware kit. Apparently there are two advertisement listed the item with the same $99 cost. When I received my order the box had only the recovered boards and I was expecting the other items as well. I called customer service and was told that it's was basically my fault. So I have decided to take my future needs of off-roading orders to another company.

Shipping information was sent promptly initially the shipping information said there would be a delay on delivery but I ended up receiving my parts on time. Everything came packaged securely and undamaged hopefully everything fits as it should.
