I ordered three items. Lift kit, shocks and cold air intake. Lift kit came along with a separate box that contained a 3" muffler bypass that I didn't order. The cold air intake and the shocks were shown as being delivered along with the kit. Iam In the process of returning muffler bypass so they will get me a set of shocks annd intake sent out. I was offered 20 coupon for my troubles. Jacquel was tired and yawning when I reached him to explain the problem. He sounded like he had a long day and was ready to go home. Underwhelmed by the whole experience.

I hate leaving bad reviews but they sent it to put a review. I ordered my intake and the order said will be delivered by 5-19 and when I saw the day before it hadn't even been processed yet I hit the message app. The lady says to me why would u expect it by tomorrow u ordered Friday kind of rudely. Told her and sent screenshot of it saying that about delivery and she acted like it was my fault I just said ordered from you because that Sunday is only day off could of ordered from Amazon and got it. Once transfered they were great said just a misunderstanding and it didn't even ship yet. No big deal but don't act like I'm being unrealistic. Will purchase from Them again everyone was understanding after the fact but still not here so will see how it goes.

Ordered this in Friday because Saud would arrive by 5-19 Sunday and had time off to put it on but when contacted support to see why it haddent ahipoed support told me they didn't know why I would think it would ve their by 5 19 so I sent a screenshot of order saying arrive by 5 19 and they say I can't cancel so they say they will give me a 10$ credit so go to order the pre filter for my intake and no credit event in system. So not great but no need to go bolistick. I'll make sure I check amazon next time first before ordering from here. Worse thing was woman saying why would u think it would be here tomorrow. Like it says it in the receipt dumb dumb.
Placed an order 24 hours ago and have already received 6 emails not pertaining to my order. Enough already. Too much.
