It's very rare to talk to actual people who have the technical understanding of their product and are actually helpful.
JEEP = Just Empty Every Pocket... and you can easily do that here... lots of items to choose from, and each type of item has options to suit your needs/wants.
If we could have gotten the discount we earned without having to make so many phone calls only to be told "Yeah we have been having trouble with that web site" from the start, would have been less frustrating.

I have not received my order yet I am incessantly bombarded with promotional emails with the subject line: "Regarding Your Order." This is misleading and quite annoying, please stop!
