It's very rare to talk to actual people who have the technical understanding of their product and are actually helpful.
If we could have gotten the discount we earned without having to make so many phone calls only to be told "Yeah we have been having trouble with that web site" from the start, would have been less frustrating.

I have not received my order yet I am incessantly bombarded with promotional emails with the subject line: "Regarding Your Order." This is misleading and quite annoying, please stop! It's very unfortunate that such a streamlined purchase experience is negatively impacted with this conduct. Do better!
