I was very excited to see the power stop brake part and rotor kit for $120 on the website so I bought it in a heartbeat. Next thing I know is I get an email saying they canceled my order. I called to find out more info on why and turns out the wrong price was posted. Any other store would honor the price that was displayed and that the customer paid for but not for this case. Very upset and probably won't come back here to buy any more parts. This was my first and last time buying and it was a horrible experience.

Placed oders before same experience no issues what so ever, when i recieved my latest i oped to checkparts over and noticed it was missing hardware i contacted customer service told them about it and that it was not a issue i would find what i needed locally and not send back(was just missing cotter pins and 2 nuts) much to my surpise i was issued a 25.00 credit
Had in stock where actual manufacture had 1–2-week backorder
Be careful and read the small print. Agent tried to explain that I needed to look at what was "in the box" just starting on this project and will do my best to shop elsewhere. Price was good but a rusty part and misleading information did not help the experience at all.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. My address is Brookwood Dr and was shipped to Brookwood Rd. I don't understand the mix up.
