I ordered spark plugs. They arrived in a soft pack. A soft pack! One of them had actually fallen out of its individual box. There's no telling what my titanium plug gaps are now. Ordered Item 3 Nov 24. Big "hype" on 3–4-day delivery time. Website told to expect delivery 7 Nov. Item delivered 9 Nov. Hype was BS.
Purchased 4 wheels for a jeep tj. They look nice. One wheel has bent already after a few weeks on the road. Hope it is a fluke. Time will tell if the rest last longer.

I received right product but for the wrong vehicle. They quickly provided return shipment, and sent correct part as soon as return was picked up by carrier (even before they received wrong one back)

I am NOT likely to consider an open box purchase again. Proper description not offered of potential missing items! Took some work to make the Step boards usable! We did succeed! They Look Great
Order was supposed to come with a free install which was the major deciding factor of choosing this company however I was never contacted For the service which was what the advertisement said. After finally tracking down the phone number for the department I'm told I cannot be serviced for at least three weeks out and it has to fall on a weekday. I'm a U.S ARMY recruiter and do not get week days off. I genuinely feel like I got scammed. I wish you guys the best I do I just wish you were honest with people it took me a long time to save the money I spent with your company.

I have located your wheel and tire purchase first I apologize for any miscommunication with install connect, unfortunately they do not schedule on the weekends due to shops not completing the work in the past and that specific department is not open either to assist the shop if needed. We understand that most people do work Monday through Friday so we try to accommodate by asking which 3 dates and times our customers prefer.
