I have seen many issues in skyscanner while redirecting to your website it is shown higher price what i seen in skyscanner

You tried to attract customers by showing fake fares in skyscanners. I have many screen shots i gonna complaine in skyscanner

DO NOT USE THEM this mother funkin site mother funkin rufundable policy. I bought round trip tickets to turkey istanbul everyone know there was an terrorist and coup it happened just after i bought tickets I have called them 4times. The first time they told me to call 2day later. The second time they told me to contact turkish airlines and. The third time they blocked me so i used my friend's phone. The fourth time this fucccccccc~~~er told me he's gonna send me email but ive never got any email from them. You mother xxxx speak $#*!ing fast way after i said that im not good at english that much. Dont live life that way they are more terrible than terrorist. Do i really have to go turkey even though there is an terrorists and coup? Alright by the way, you should have not lied and cheat. Get my 1000boxes and go to hell :)) thank you very much

I used this site to book and international flight to England for my daughter who was going to study abroad. They messed up somehow the return flight and it got cancelled. It took HOURS to get them to rebook a flight and that was after I absolutely refused to have them "call me back". Their phone system mysteriously hangs up on you, they can never get an answer right away-- they always have to call u back, and then they DO NOT call u back. After all was said and done, they would not book another ticket on the original flight because it was going to cost THEM too much. They actually had the nerve to tell me that I needed to spend another $800 to book te same flight! After I had already bought a round trip ticket that they messed up! They ended up booking another flight in a totally different airline, with a layover in Canada, that arrived many hours later than the original flight. Oh-- they also booked it out of a completely different airport than the original ticket! So, the airpoet hotel that she was staying in was pointless, seeing as she had to take 2-3 trains to a completely different airport. Not to mention, that I paid for a direct flight originally and now she had a layover. Worst customer service, sketchy, shady company! Do not use!

TOO MANY COMPLAINTS ONLINE.
Not taking a chance to give you my credit card information. Will book the ticket directly with the airline. At least, I know they won't steal my data.

Worst ticketing people and customer service. They did not give my frequent flyer number to the airline and so my reservation did not show up on the airline website. I called ExploreTrip customer service and the people there cannot understand or speak English (sounds like Indian people). They did not help correct the situation and the last guy just argued and then hung up on me.

I have the same concern when i book explore trip from BOI to SF, but I glad I did it.
After reading all the reviews, I went ahead and book the flight for me and my wife, as its the cheapest flight in town. I was afriad at first its a scam as there wasn't any e-ticket number. But merely, less than an hours, the reply of comfirmation and e-ticket number was sent to my email. Everything work fine ;)

I could write a book about my HORRIBLE experience trying to work with and deal with this company over the last few months.

But I won't because I don't to relive that torture any more.

Suffice to say, that if you book with this company, not only are you wasting your money, but you are signing yourself up for utter frustration and anguish at the hands of their unsurpassed incompetence and indifference.

I used sky scanner to view flight prices. They listed explore trip at top. I purchased 2 tickets from explore trip. I received confirmation email from them. I then received another email stating the following:
Dear Customer,
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Your reservation been cancelled as the verification failed for the payment details provided. We regret any inconvenience caused to you. Please be advised that card listed will be refunded in 3-4 business days.

I contacted explore trip via email requesting explanation and that I required the tickets and what is it I need to do. Nothing received back. I contacted them again and the email I received back told me to contact them via phone to rebook. At this time it was easier to book directly to Australian airline.

Are they serious? 3 days later my credit card got charge $1200 for the the 2 tickets they had cancelled. By now I had already booked another 2 tickets for the same journey.

The next day I received from them a credit card refund for $1114.

So I outlay $1200 with all good and honest intentions of buying 2 tickets and in the end I receive only $1114 back.

How can it be this company can charge my credit card after telling me authorization failed. Plus I lost $84 in the process.

I have since emailed the company requesting an explanation however I'm not holding my breathe.

Moral of the story, always check out the reviews of any company.

BOGUS GROUP. Took my credit card info, told me my flight to Beijing was booked... buT LIES! They never booked it. NO FLIGHT. IT RUINED MY ENTIRE TRIP. LOST MY TRIP, ENDED UP PAYING 3 TIMES AS MUCH HAVING TO REBOOK last minute. Spent 1 hour on the phone with a complete idiot and he took all my info, pretended it was booked... scammers. Dont call them read all the horrible reviews, those are honest, the good ones MUST BE LIES.AND WRITTEN BY THEM!

Gotta love all the "positive" reviews of this site that they wrote and submitted themselves. This company is a joke that just tries to con you out of money by charging fees that they say they won't Never, under any circumstances, book with Explore Trip.

I booked a flight for my employee with ExploreTrip because their prices seemed better than the competitors -- but let me tell you -- IT WAS NOT WORTH IT. The flight receipt says that it cost $809 CAD, but i was instead change in USD (which meant that I was charged $1065 instead). I contacted them right away to let them know and at first seemed helpful that they were going to refund. I kept checking back on the credit card, and nothing was issued. About 3-4 weeks later I contacted them again and they assured be it was coming. Another 3 weeks have gone by and I still have no refund. Emailed them twice - no response. Called them and they said they would issue a cheque in 7-10 days (supposedly refunding the credit card was "not possible"). THE KICKER was that they said the cheque would come to my employee, not the company, and I tried over and over to explain to them that it needs to come to me, not him, and they just kept repeating his cell phone number and name to me. I don't know if these guys are scam artists or just the most amateurish company but i will NEVER use them again -- and I'll tell everyone I know not to use them too. I would not be surprised if a cheque is never issued -- to anyone.

Call service is outsourced, called me a liar for saying they left out some very important information, explained things terribly and continue to be a headache. I inquired about canceling/ changing departure date for my trip as my passport did not arrive in time, and it was recommended to me to cancel and rebook as this would be cheaper. Mind you, it was 4 months between departure date and return date and they recommended to do this still. Next thing I know, I am harassed and told that i need to pay the company $450 for the cancelation charge. There is no way I would have canceled if it was mentioned at all that this would be the fee. I would have kept the return ticket and simply bought an additional departure ticket. 2 weeks later and still haven't seen a cent from my "refund"!
