I read all reviews about this site and finally understand that people who are giving good reviews to this sites are all fake ids. They are just staff of exploretrip who are putting fake reviews to hide reality.

I purchased ticket from their site and they cheated me. After few days, when I saw my credit card statement I came to know they charged more than ticket amount. I called them but they started making excuses. Finally they agree to refund my money but did nothing.
I have contacted them several times via email and phone but they always make me fool.
They always say that refund is in process and you will receive in 15 days.

Booked my roundtrip tickets to Toronto from newyork Im in need to change my travel schedule at last minute because of death happened in my family peter the customer service agent quickly replied to my request and made changes to my itinerary as per my schedule definitely appreciate for the kind of work done by peter.

Explore trip always promises to give me the best fare which ever showing on the website no other extra taxes will be applied the fare which is showing up on the website is the final fare given to the customer love their accuracy in pricing system.

I saved almost 300$ on a flight from Boston to Rome booked from exploretrip initially I was in a little confusion to book my tickets with them but later I realized that they are the best travel agency of which I came across up to now because of their accuracy in pricing system.

I have never been disappointed in this site and I have always been treated well, professionally, and courteously. And I have been aided many times over the years when I sought extra advice or assistance from exploretrip while booking long flights. A GREAT COMPANY! I wish I could give exploretrip.com more than five stars!

I made a mistake while booking my reservation with exploretrip my last name was spelled wrong I did not notice the mistake and went to the airport their I was stopped by the airport staff and asked me to contact exploretrip people one of the representative really helpful and solved my issue on phone. I would really appreciate for the prompt response of exploretrip.

I sometimes wonder if reviewers are real with so many diverse experiences. A multi city ticket from Texas to Perth and return to JFK was $600 less than any other site including Virgin Australia site. I felt my CC company could protect me if there were hidden fees later. Great experience. First confirmation email within 10 min with Exploretrip confirmation number. About 20 min later an email with VA confirmation number. At first didn't see it so called company. Took 2 tries to get an answer. But she was nice, gave me confirmation VA code and waited while I went on site to verify. Also, while on VA could choose my seats and despite low cost of ticket could pay for economy plus seat. With what I saved, bought for long flights and was still almost $300 below VA cost. So am feeling confident about company. As long as you know what you want, explore cost and can do your own seats later, you should be fine.

I took my decision on right time and I saved my money too. Thanks exploretrip for providing me wonderful service.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I was surprised with the fine service I received. May be some people just enjoy complaining. I don't know, but I am pleased...
This is my first experience with exploretrip. I am extremely pleased with their service. I am traveling with my family. I needed to change my return flight. Not only was their staff helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable; but they also saved me money. I will definitely book with exploretrip in the future.

Booked a AA flight with exploretrip.com, got confirmation mail immediately where there is no PNR I have called up to support team and they said that I will receive another email along with PNR after 10 min but I got it after 15 min. Steve from support team call me back to verify and I really appreciate for his efforts to call me back, prompt service by exploretrip.

This is my first experience to booking a flight with exploretrip, I have read the reviews from many sites and Im scared to buy a ticket. Though I have contacted support team more than once to confirm the fare where I get $400 less in explore trip. My booking was confirmed immediately and no hassle free.

I had unfortunately booked my flight before reading all the reviews! I had went to cancel my flight, so I called them and they said there would be a $500 penalty. I was about to take this offer because I realized it was my fault for cancelling; however, I remembered I bought the insurance that they offered! So I told them about the insurance and they directed me to AIG and when I called the Insurance company, they said they didn't get a claim under my name. So I just thought that I messed up and didn't buy it! But after calling Explore trip back, I realized that it wasn't me! It was them! When I called back, they didn't answer! The second time, they hung up on me! The third time they put me on hold for about 30 minutes. The fourth time they hung up again. I laughed about it for a second, looked them up online and saw all of these other negative reviews, laughed about it even more! I ended up calling chase and saying they were a fraudulent company! Luckily my flight was a month away and nothing bad happened like some of the other people that posted, but boy do I empathize with them!

This is one of the worst airline I have ever purchased you guys should shut down you company because you guys are one of the worst! You do not satisfy any customer needs. You only have 2 employees "stating" they are supervisors but they are not they are the only people working there. Extremely rude! And on top of it all no one should ever have to go through this lengthy process to get a refund I summitted 2 doctors notes stating that my mother was dignosed with cancer stage 4 and it was a family trip and still isn't good enough even with the dignoses. Which I was told if I had a dignostic I will receive a complete refund. My trip was 1 week away they said I was to late to send in a note from the doctor which is $#*!ed because this can happen at any time.

I used this ExploreTrip without reading reputations about them.

I booked a roundtrip overseas and right after booking they sent me PNR number but no payment confirmation attached to it.
I contacted them via email but they are totally unresponsive.

My flight is two months away from now.
My worry is that they will cancel my flight or charge me new higher price than original price offered at the site.
What should I do to prevent these from happening?

I purchased airfare from ExploreTrip.com about two weeks ago. The purchase was for roundtrip airfare from Tampa to Zurich for $700. I thought the price was great since there is only one connection on the way there and then on non-stop flight on the way back. I was a little skeptical since the price seemed too good since the return flight was non-stop. I just called the airline directly and asked that they confirm my flights and they were able to repeat the flight details to me exactly. I expect everything to work out fine when I take the flights in a few months in November.
