Let's start with how horrible their customer service is. They'll keep you on hold forever and then they barely help you with your issue when they finally do answer. The only thing that kept me from rating it a 1 was the fact that their tickets were a good price. They spelled my middle name wrong g ont ticket so now it doesn't match my passport and claimed they weren't able to change my name. I'm not even sure if I'll still be able to fly. DO NOT USE THIS SITE unless you're willing to take the risk of them messing everything up.

I bought the ticket about 2 months ahead but I found that my name was accidently typed in incorrect, so I called the explore support right away and was told that they cannot do it and I should call Airplane company to change the name. But Airline company told me this change souks be initiated by Exploretrip, sending the request with some kind of agent code. So I called back to Exploretrip, finally they said they will send the request to change the name and it will take some time. For 10 days I got no response from them even I sent email to support. So I called back and was told there is a fee associated it and they did not do it yet. After I agree to pay for the fee, I have a few calls to check the status and was told every time it should be done soon and do not worry, it was more than a month since I purchase the ticket. The response of final call is Airline company denied the request and Exploretrio cannot do anything more for me. I check with Airline company and was told there was no request at all. Only one week left before my flight schedule, fortunately I was able find some other way to solve the issue by myself.
My recommendation is if you are absolutely not expecting any issue after book the ticket then it's ok to use the site but do not expect any customer service at all.
One more thing, alothugh there is an escalating support email but no response also.

When we arrived at the ticket counter there was a problem, my son was never issued a ticket number so his ticket was cancelled. Not refunded, just cancelled. I had to buy another ticket so that my 2 year old could get on the plane with us. Several calls and emails and 6 hours later customer service issued a ticket number. Too late. It's been almost 3 weeks and no refund or any attempt to resolve the matter has been made. They keep telling me to be patient. Be careful! If you choose to book on exploretrip, Be sure you have all of your ticket numbers before heading to the airport or you may have a nasty surprise waiting for you!

Over charged a flight change fee, horrendous customer service. I had to be transferred multiple times. Email confirmations never sent, I had to call over 6 times and finally they sent me. Wait for it... The wrong confirmation! Many times the phone goes unanswered when calling. The airline cannot help as they don't have the information from the wholesaler. A serious nightmare. I pray I can get on my flight with no issue. Fingers crossed that I get a refund but upon looking at the BBB website, I am not holding my breath. D- business rating. I will never book with this company again. I thought booking through a 3rd party site would save me some money but ultimately that is not the case here. The positive reviews above look like fake accounts too. Such a scam.

Had a busy trip last month and booked my tickets with them I found very useful and website is also easily navigable got my confirmation within minutes I booked tickets with them.

Finally after going through many of the websites online to book my flight tickets i found exploretrip as best website which gave me the best fare ever. I saved almost 300$ on flight booking their website is also easily navigable.

By far gives me the cheapest results for all inclusive vacations.

I found best reservation system over here. Exploretrip is best among all online reservation providers. I shall reorder when I'll need them...

Having broad look at all online travel agencies I found exploretrip as one of the useful site to book flight tickets. I booked round trip tickets with them and saved almost $225 felt very happy with their support team with some good answers.

After booking with exploretrip felt like changing my travel dates quickly one of the representative Stephan took my flexible dates and sent me an email of reasonable charges applicable I sent a reply to them accepting all charges which are applied he gave an itinerary within in minutes on call really cant stop appreciating the support team member Stephan for his efforts to change my itinerary which saved my time.

This has got to be the worst company to deal with post handing over your money. I want to upgrade my class of travel and it is "their policy" not to be able to do that. Unable to show me exactly where in their policy it states this obviously! The person i was speaking to was apparently the most senior person there - useful! Called British Airways and they are unable to help as exploretrip.com do not share all the information about the booking which means they are unable to access the file to upgrade the seats. BA said exploretrip CAN upgrade and make changes, they just don' want to do any work. Absolute disgrace. I urge you not to use this company as if for any reason you wish to change your flight (even if it makes them some more money) they will be a complete waste of space! Its not worth the savings they advertise for the ticket. These things are all about customer services, clear T&C and support! Don't think they have these things in their "policy"!

I feel to put a good positive review here as we are travelling with small kids we did not feel any discomfort everything went as they said after flying with many of the other travel agencies i booked with this exploretrip. I would definitely book tickets with them again.

Whenever i plan for a trip with my family I usually book with exploretrip they give trusted service and the fares showing up on the website is the final fare given to the passenger no other extra taxes added up. It is not required for me to search different sites for my tickets exploretrip always gives me best fare.
