They overdrafted my account for charging me FIVE TIMES for a trip back from Europe! Never again. I'm trying to just get a refund so they can stop messing with my bank account but now after reading some of these reviews who knows how long the refund will take!

Tried switching the dates of my flights due to a change in job.
The customer service had me on hold for an hour and half. They proceded to give me no information, and were just completely incompetent at answering any of my questions. I talked to them for more than 3 days, spending hours each day on the phone, and writing very to the point clear messages of the questions I wanted answered. The money you save is not worth the hassle you will face trying to deal with those buffoons.

They tried to book mi airplane tickets, they charged my credit card and after said that never was charged. Now I have the amount blocked and they doesn't want to call my bank to reverse the transaction.

I asked to cancel my reservation and erase the data of my credit card, but they still calling me and they still trying to charge my credit card.

Inclusive by mistake, they sent me by email information about others customers.

Be carefull with this company, Isn't a fraud but are very disorganized with bad service.

During the last 2 weeks I booked up to 5 times the ticket on the route Dubai - Johor Bahru. Each time I receive a confirmation of the reservation, but after a dozen or so hours I receive an email: "We regret to inform you that your reservation was canceled because the payment details were not provided."
During this booking I have already given 2 different cards: Visa and Mastercard. Both cards are money! The banks claimed that no one contacted them about the verification of the card. It's a LYING! During the reservation, the data security key disappears momentarily. Could this site be a credit card thief? Tickets do not want to sell. They will not reply to my emails.
ABSOLUTELY I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Their website was broken and I wanted to add travel insurance but it didnt work. So I booked the flight and it mentioned to email customer support to add travel insurance. So thats what I did. Then they didnt respond to my email, I called, left several voicemails because the line was so busy.

And eventually forgot about it.

Now I had to cancel the trip because my daughter ended up in the hospital because she nearly died. I wanted to use my travel insurance and found out they never took care of it and now dont want to reimburse me. I have all proof on email, as I sent follow up emails after each voicemail I left.

They told me to go talk to the airline, of course they dont want to deal with their own b. S.
But the mistake was made by exploretrip, not the airline.

I had booked my girlfriend a flight from Nashville to Atlanta, and when she arrived at the airport, the airline could not find her flight and said that her ticket was canceled. I received no warning or notice. Customer service has been a nightmare, and they have not issued me a refund for the ticket. Do not use this company.

Explore Trip has the worst customer service. I have been in contact with them four times in the past month and they aren't able to help correct an issue with our travel. Every time I speak to an associate they claim they will fix the issue and be in contact in 48 hours. I have yet to hear back from them and instead have to contact them again myself. They told me my issue doesn't matter, but my trip is less than a month away and I need to make reservations and bookings... I'd say it matters.

I would chose another third party website over Explore Trip. It's not worth the stress!

Family booked afforfable tickets. I wasn't too confident it was legitimate. Emailed customer service and they replied quickly and answered my question. Confirmed our tickets with the airline. I was worried about the bad reviews
But so far explore trip is great. You just have to be cautious when booking.

My husband and I booked a nice Europe trip with my in laws back in the beginning of Jan. 2017. It is now the end of February and I still don't know if our trip is actually happening since Explore Trip can't give me a clear answer on whether our trip is confirmed or not. Their lack of customer service as well as lack of communication with their customers has lead me to NEVER USE OR FLY with them again. I will make sure that every review board has my comments. They are the worst and they have made this trip a stressful nightmare.

Philip was of great help. He did a great job helping with the flight reservation while the rest of them kind of made excuses and gave a plain "no" to any request. Philip ensured he stayed with me through out the call and called me back every time to update me on the status.

They offer a competitive internet price, but if you were to change anything, then they would charge an arm and a leg. For a date change on one leg of a $750.00 roundtrip ticket they charge $800.00 while the same itinerary is available on line for $819.00!
What is funny is that when I spoke to a supervisor, he admitted that he would not pay the $800.00 for the change :))

They don't refund anything for a non-refundable ticket, while the other agency for the same price and itinerary change, refunds at least the taxes.
