They took my money cencald the flight and never refund me the money and they have no line that can give refund answer. I'm soo upset
We booked a flight from them and got our flight number reference and our e-ticket not longer after. The same night, we received an email saying the transaction was canceled because of mismatching info. I called my bank and the bank said the transaction went through. I called them 3 times because i had book a pet in cabin and recerved my seat with the real company (air transat)... so no more ticket but still have my seat reserve and my pet in cabin... there system doesn't make any sense... they should not issue ticket before paiement is confirmed!
Bought an e-ticket -- had to cancel it as much better deals were available openly... called them to find the most cryptic and unfriendly customer service. They charged me 'non-refundable' taxes before they'd cancel the ticket. She said that the ticket is cancelled --- though she refused to confirm with an email. The airline tells me that the flight is still not cancelled. Generally terrible service. Not a great experience. I would certainly not revisit them!

I called these guys to make a reservation. They did it and I got the confirmation email. Next day, I got the email saying it is cancelled. Now, I called them and they say the price went up and I had to spend extra 120 USD. Very bad experience. Please stay away from these people.
Hey guys I got super worried after reading all these bad/scam reviews. Unfortunatly I bought my flight with them before checking. So far they have send their own confirmation code, wich does'nt match with any of the companies I supose to fly with. No e ticket! I asked for a refund and I am going to contact my credit card soon to try to block this transaction. Did you get your tickets at the end? Or a refund?
Ticket was canceled because billing address didn't match the passenger's address. When was trying to explain that it didn't match because I used my Dad's credit card, they wanted to fix it for another $240.
Shame of operation. Poor business
This is worse ever, dont book your flight here, they said my flight is not book because the bank not confirm my transaction and i called my bank and they said they didnt decline it. "verification" of my ID and credit card, and moments ago (at 4:20pm)
Received another email saying "we regret to inform you that your

Refunded in 7-10 business days." My card had already been charged!

They did not honor the airline's 24 hour cancellation policy. I tried to cancel my flight within 24 hours and they told me I would be charged $100. They said it was because of the airline's policy even though I read their cancelation policy from their website.
My trip canceled, was never informed, money stolen from my account, now giving run around. Worst company. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM
I booked flights for my husband and I totaling $3700 CAD. They charged my credit card $4100. I called customer service and the representative Von assured me that they would only charge the stated amount of $3700 with no extra fees and to email the Billings department. Still waiting on a response. Very doubtful I will get one. Definitely do not use them. Book with a more reputable company.
When a site get only 5 star reviews and 1 star reviews then something is fishy. Usually it will mean that all 5 star reviews are faked and skimming through a few of them this seems to be the case. I was looking for return tickets to Greece and after days of frustration not being able to find a decently priced ticket I find on skyscanner a crazily cheap ticket like 3 persons from exploretrip. Should have tipped me off that all other sites were 400+ more expensive. All happily and naively I purchase the ticket-in the past I have booked many times from 3rd party sellers and it has saved me quite a penny with no serious problems whatsoever up til now. One day later I get a call from them that the ticket is not available for this price and price has jumped 400$ more. Should have hang up just then. Idiotically I ask them if the new price has luggage included. The woman responded twice that yes. I repeated the question got the same answer. Then I checked similar tickets and figured out that with luggage included their ticket was still 200$ cheaper so what the hell. BIG MISTAKE. After I received my etickets I checked witht he airlines and wo and behold, my tickets DO NOT include luggage. That's a minimum extra 400$ for luggage which makes my ticket MORE expensive if didn't try to be an idiot and instead booked with Norwegian. Never again.
I booked a ticket with these guys. A message prompted requesting to call travel agency to verify payment details. I did that in 2 min. Their representative said everything is ok. 4-5 hours later I received a call to verify payment details again and authorize the change in price. All good till now. It was 24 hours and I had not received e-ticket yet. I called the agency to check on the status, but I learned that my reservation was cancelled. Their excuse was that Airline increased the price by more than $200.
I understand that ticket price change, but if they could not book it, I should be informed right away. Apparently, this travel agency believes that customers should not be informed till they call to find out that their booking are cancelled.
Bottom line is, I missed the advertised price which I could have booked through vayama if I was informed at the same time and I had no ticket the next day.
DO NOT trust THEM
Worst Experience Ever!
Bought & paid for ticket. Recieved email saying ticket was booked. Got to the airport and no ticket! Called Exploretrip and they said my card was not charged, but it was charged. Then they said the price went up by $25. Then they said I would have my ticket in 2 minutes. Then they said "dont worry, 5 minutes more." Then they email me and tell me they cant issue the ticket and I would get a refund in 3-4 days. The gate closed and we got stuck in the airport overnight. It has been 4 days and I still have not got a refund. I have emailed them 6 times and called in 14 times. They will not let me talk to a supervisor or the billing department. Today they said 7 to 14 days for the refund. They keep telling me to email them but they dont respond to the emails. NEVER BUY A LAST MINUTE TICKET FROM THEM. I only bought this ticket to save $10 and it has been a total nightmere.

Got attended by Piper, Jeff Long (3315), and another really rude agent that did not want to give his name, but clearly said that he WONT and do not want to help me.
This is frustrating, and I do not recommend doing anything with this amateur website.
I had to ask five times to be sent a proper receipt that showed all the information necessary to get reimbursed by my company for the flight. All that was required was name, date, payment method, and "economy class." In the end, the best they could do was send me an Excel spreadsheet with this information. An editable spreadsheet. Not only is that NOT an invoice, it didn't even say what I had purchased! This company is run by children.
Stay away from this company, and SkipLagged.com, the company I thought I was using to purchase my ticket (they contract with ExploreTrip, apparently).
I booked through Explore trip. Alaska company cancelled my flight and moved the time to next day 10 hours before departure. NO ONE TOLD ME THAT! I called explore trip. They are not responsible at all.
Answer: This site is a sham,. They lie, and will not resolve any issues you have.
