This company is complete trash. I ordered the thin script "MAMA" silver necklace, and paid for the extra "GIFT WRAP" All together was $80. I was sent some crap that you would get out of a gumball machine, that was wrapped by a 5 year old. Also, the chain was so short that it wouldn't fit. I called and asked if I could return it, and was told that it wouldn't be possible. Long story, short, don't waste your time or money with this company. Hopefully it'll fit my mother in law.

I was very excited to receive my item until I retrieved it from my my mail and opened it im am completely unsatisfied with this necklace its horrible. First off for being a first time customer this is not a good start as I had high expectations my necklace looks nothing like in the photos online advertise looks like a complete knock off. I received the necklace with a broken clasps, this is suppose to be for my boyfriend it feels super cheap I know I'm only paying $40 but I seen way better jewelry then this for the amount I paid. Looks and feels like I hot this out of a gumball machine to be quite hones. There is no way I'd gift this to anyone especially for a man this is embarrassing gift to give anyone. The engravement is poor and horrible quality there is no depth to it what so ever. I'm a very dissatisfied I'd like somthing better or a refund I work to hard for my money to just be throwing it away. Also there customer service phone number provided does not even work on top of it all so you cannot actually talk to a real person not ok at all. I did not want to even give this a star at all if it would have aloud me the option. I guess I should of did my research like I normal do and read all the bad reviews before purchasing from them.
Not an accommodating company to work with first of all. Secondly, I ordered a matching bracelet for my daughter and her new baby (the first baby in our family) for her first Mother's Day and I couldn't be more disappointed. Online it looks like the engraving was large enough for the naked eye to read however in reality you cannot read the engraving. I think I remember being able to read a name on a grain of rice back in the day more than I can see this. I contacted the company, expressed my dissatisfaction with the size of the font they used and basically was told 'sorry... not sorry'. I'm the unproud owner of this junk now. I would NOT recommend this company at all. Not for anything. Keep shopping around. I have major buyers remorse and remorse for NOT shopping around more. 4-20-2021

I ordered the birthstone cross necklace that was supposed to be sterling silver... it is not and it peeled/tarnished almost immediately, the birthstones started falling out within a month and only has 3 of the 6 still in it. Customer service is horrible and does not uphold the quality of the products. Do not buy
I was so excited to order a pendant for my husband for our anniversary. The pendant was so small and the pendant chain that I paid for was not included in the box. The customer service person was nice. Gave me a 5 percent discount and promised to ship my chain. Of course the pendant was not returnable. THEN IN A BURST OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DECIDED TO REDO MY ORDER FOR FREE. I was given a larger pendant. The customer service representative really cared that I was a first-time customer and wanted to make it right. When I read the other reviews my heart sank but things have changed. This company aims to please. I would give this company another chance because they care about their customers.

The customer service is terrible. I ordered a ring in the size 10 1/2 and they gave me a size bigger. However my ring was personalized so that was their excuse as to why I couldn't exchange it. They messed up the size yet I still had to pay for it. Totally unprofessional and ridiculous. Do not order from them
This website used to be credible unfortunately they've gone to sh*t. I've ordered from them numerous times in the past and I've never had an issue and if I had I would just called up their amazing customer service.
Fast forward to 2021. They first sent me the wrong items. Then I called up their customer service in India! The women at the other end of the line refused to even listen to me and kept speaking over me about when my order would be delivered and I was trying to tell her I had already received the wrong items. I hung up because she refused to listen to me. Then emailed their customer service. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting for a replacement order. I will never purchase another thing for these thieves. If someone has an issue with an order you send a replacement quickly and with upgraded shipping and not send them follow up email's of the same items on sale with next day shipping free.
I bought one of those Gold id bracelet because im a dumbass who didn't read the reviews first and its soooo $#*!in tiny like it's meant for a wee baby and not a grown adult spent over $100 for something so tiny and they wouldn't even give me a refund because it was "custom made".
Originally, I had received a purchase that had broken during its shipment, but I emailed them via customer service, and they responded within less than 24 hours! I have my new purchase already on its way, and it was free!
I ordered a gift on the 17 Dec - Rose Gold personalised. On the 23 Dec I got an email to say 1 of the items (only ordered 1?!) was 'out of stock'. Called customer service - All the alternatives offered were NOTHING like I ordered, nor personalised. Eventually I then reordered in Silver as wanted to make sure I could get something. On the 30 Dec they emailed again to tell me the NEW ITEM WAS OUT OF *******@Eveaddiction - DO YOU DO STOCK TAKING OR PLANNING~?!
Again called customer service. - COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL -
They have no idea of stock or how to actually work with customers 0- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN!

My first purchase was July 2020. When it took more than 6 weeks to deliver, I thought it was an issue with postal system as they indicated. I ordered again on 12/14/20 for a Xmas delivery (which it stated would be no problem) and this time I know it's not for several reasons. 1 - other items on order with USPS were delivered timely during this timeframe 2 - still hasn't arrived 3 - sits at a Connecticut address for weeks (same as before) with no updates 4 - response was the exact same which indicates that its'a standard response you get - when the jewelry did arrive - it's fine, nothing special, the discounted price is really what it should cost any way for the quality - still haven't received the item that was supposed to be delivered before xmas and get the same response. FYI on 12/21 they were still sending emails stating it would arrive before Xmas.
ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. I would recommend paying more a a more credible company or going shopping. Try Etsy or
To be fair I have to add this to my review. Eve's Addiction reached out to me about exchanging the ring. After leaving my negative review. They said I could exchange it for a different size. I'm almost afraid to after reading everyone's reviews. At least I will have my credit card and Paypal behind me if needed.
I purchased a birthstone ring from Eve's Addiction.com. Although the ring was nice. My granddaughter wanted a bigger size. They refused to let me do an exchange. It wasn't personalized with engraving. Just the February birthstone. It's ridiculous that they won't exchange. No one is ever going to purchase a February birthstone ring from them in the future? They did offer me 30% and free shipping on a new purchase. So big of them. I will never buy anything from them again. Be warned!
Picked out a moonstone ring and a beautifully detailed cross necklace for my Christmas gifts. So sad to open them and find a milky, colorless plastic looking ring and and stamped cross pendant. No detail on the necklace at all. Looks like gumball machine jewery, no lie. It was gifts i picked out but don't want to make the person who bought them for me go through the hassle of returning them. Dont waste your money.
I placed an order a week before Xmas for a gold necklace w/ our children's initials and paid for expedited 2-3 day shipping. It is now Xmas eve and still no package so I call them up and am told there was a problem with delivery and I won't receive the package until the 30th or the 31st. Here is what makes me so angry and willing to spend my time writing a review; they decided this wasn't something I should be notified about. I received no email or phone call letting me know there was a problem w/ delivery. This level of customer service would have possibly given me time to find another gift so my wife actually has something on Xmas morning. I attempted to cancel my order as I won't give my business to a company like this and was told I can't return or get a refund until I've received the item, which makes sense, but they weren't even planning on refunding me for the expedited shipping I paid for until I demanded it. What a disaster - Eve's Addiction definitely contributed to my family's Xmas being a little less merry this year.

Today is 12/23, tomorrow is Christmas Eve and my daughters gift will not be here! On December 18 I went out to their website and I placed an order prior to 1:00 PM which is what they said the cut off time would be to guarantee but I was ordering would be shipped and received in time for Christmas. December 18 in the evening I got a notification saying that it had shipped. The next day I went out to check and see where it was and noticed that it hadn't been updated by the postal system. So I found them and they said that I would have it in three business days. Well three days has happened still no gift. When I called him back and told them I want my money refunded and they tell me I had to refuse the package and it would have to get sent back to them to get my money back my question is how do you refuse something you never got!?! I spent $120 including an extra charge to guarantee my receiving it by Christmas! They are not legit, and they have the absolute worse Customer service ever but what can you expect when you outsource customer service to India. They weren't even honest enough to admit they were not located in the US. Copy and paste this and pass it in to anyone you know. I plan on filing a small claims lawsuit against them at the beginning of January! BUYER BEWARE AND STEER CLEAR!
