There is no visual means of verifying personifications when ordering. So, it's ends up as guesswork and needless stress.
The clasp for the necklace is incorrect and cheap looking.
Overall, it was a very disappointing product and experience.

I bought a bracelet for my mom for Christmas… found the reviews afterward and was scared it wasn't gonna be good. It was terrible, the bracelet is tiny and doesn't even fit around my wrist. Please do not waste your time with them. I can't get a refund and I'm very disappointed.

I ordered 3 items from them and only received 1. I called customer service who told me the company made a mistake and they would rush my remaining 2 orders via overnight shipping. I did not receive the other 2 items so I called again and was informed the warehouse made ANOTHER mistake and I would not receive the items for another week. I asked for a supervisor as I am frustrated with all of the mistakes, but was told no one was available. I ordered these items two weeks ago for my daughter's birthday which is today and all they could say was "we will give you $17 back since it didn't come on time". I am livid! This is horrible customer service! Do not order from them! They used to be reputable but are not any more and Google does not allow additional reviews on the company. They are not the company they started as and the customer service is terrible! Do not waste your time or money!

Do not order from this company. They are a complete scam and the Sunday customer service is a joke. Francis, the customer service agent, offered no solutions and no help. They only said to call back during "regular business hours". Sunday is falsely advertised on their website as a regular business day for them. They give you no option to cancel an order within a few hours of purchase like all other retailers do and they are not reachable to help if you need them after banking hours. Just look through the comments for the real reviews because you will find plenty of complaints about this company and I should have before I attempted to purchase from them. Most of the positive reviews are from people that have "won a contest". I will not, under any circumstances, purchase from this scam of a company again.

I had ordered a bracelet for my boyfriend but found one that I liked better right after and ordered it instead and sent 2 emails right after asking to cancel one order but they refuse and only refunded me back $7. I'm extremely angry with them.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter to wear at her wedding. I paid $10 for expedited shipping and it took 10 days to arrive. It did not arrive until 3 days after my daughter's wedding. I asked Eve's Addiction to refund the $10 expedited fee since it was certainly not expedited and they refused. I am returning the item at my cost, eating the extra $10 I paid in expedited shipping and hopefully they will refund the rest. I will never order from this company again and would not encourage others to do so. The item I ordered looked cheap. I am glad that I also ordered a necklace from Amazon in case this one did not arrive on time.

The product i received was very cheap and light BUT ENORMOUS. I decided to send it back to them and i had to pay for the return myself and it was only able to be sent back through USPS.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FRAUDS! I ORDERED A PAIR OF EARRINGS 4/28/21... IT'S 6/10/21... THEY SAID THE ITEM SHIPPED (3) SEPARATE TIMES! STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE EARRINGS, THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY... NO REFUND!

First time experience and it was a perfect experience, my husband loves the bracelet, it's great quality, not cheap. And the price was great! I also paid to have it shipped in 24 hours and it was!

Just don't shop here. Find an alternative.

My necklace never made it to me, and I had to file a claim with USPS. Problem is, they wouldn't let me file a claim because I didn't have insurance? It wasn't offered. Hilariously they did take my money when I paid for expedited shipping. But again, I never got it. And I paid a few hundred dollars for this item.

Had to go to my bank. BAD. BAD. BAD.

I purchased two ankle bracelets and a bracelet engraved. The quality is very poor. The charm that was engraved was scratched. You can actually see the scratches on the charm. And it looks like a bracelet that you would buy a child. I called the company not even asking for a refund just asking for a credit so I can replace with another item. They were nice enough to offer me to return it to them and they would give me a 30% credit. Yes a 30% credit on a 52.50 item. 15.00 credit on a $52 item. Thanks but no thanks. I'd rather throw it away. They also offered to replace it, why would I replace it when the quality is so poor to start with. The worst customer service I've ever seen, not even pretending to try to help you with a reasonable solution. I tried to talk to a manager to resolve this and there are none available. I guess they may be helping other dissatisfied customers. I am going to call the better business bureau next.

I was looking for a low cost budget jewellery site. This is exactly what I found with Yves addiction. I was not looking for a top quality site. I was looking for a place to get trinkets and gifts and nice customised items. The quality was not bad.

However I was not looking for top quality top priced merchandise. If I wanted to give a 100 rings at $5 apiece this would serve me greatly. However if I wanted to give one ring I would go to a more specialised store. It's all in what your looking for. I guess this is why I find myself coming back 5 years later.

Ordered a gift and paid for 2-3 day shipping. When tracked package was told would arrive in 6 days,, which is after it was needed.

I ordered personalized bracelets for mother's day. When they arrived they were so small they would barely fit on my 3 year old. Their claim that the bracelet was 5" long did not uphold. They measured approximately 2.25" because they were rounded. I would have happily just straightened them out to fit an adult human however the chain attached would then not be long enough. Poor customer service and I will never ever order from them again.
