Awful Product

What I received was NOTHING like what they advertise. First they put the engraving on the inside rather than the outside, then their "replacement" product had the engraving on the outside but it was so small it was almost impossible to read. All they offered me was a 10% refund, which I find cheap and insulting. I so not recommend this company to anyone, steer clear of their products?

Liars

Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order, realized there was an error in the inscription and called immediately to correct it. The first agent I spoke to confirmed the order was still pending and could be changed. She told me she would mark it "on hold" so it would not be processed and told me to call back with the changed inscription. I called back 5 minutes later and that agent told me it would be easier to cancel the order and have me put it in online. She said she would call back as soon as it was cancelled. I received no call and waited to place the new order. I finally called again and this time they told me the order had gone through and could not be cancelled. I repeated the above and told them this was not acceptable 3x to different people until I was told I could be given a one time return credit. This was a gift! I explained I did not want it shipped to me to have to return it and I didn't believe they would honor the return. They offered to switch the shipping address to me. I said why not ship it to your own office and process my return immediately. She told me no. At that point I told them they had ruined a special gift, were at risk of losing me as a customer entirely and I would be leaving terrible reviews everywhere. Only then did they offer to cancel my order. Awful, awful company.

Cheaply made products

I never leave negative reviews, but I feel I should warn potential buyers. I ordered a rose gold engraved bracelet. The bracelet itsss egg lo looks like it came out of a quarter machine. To top it off, the engraving was completely illegible. The machine must have malfunction while engraving. When I contacted them for a refund (The item was $61), they stated they could not refund because it was "customized" lol! This company is a scamming joke.

Terrible company

I order a set of customized rings for my wife for Christmas. The order processed and I was charged. However, I received a phone call days later stating the item was now out of stock. I asked if I could get the same ring just in a different material, (silver instead of rose gold). I was told that I could do that but the prices have changed and I would be charged more now. They told me they could no longer honor the price I originally paid. They also told me it was now too late to receive the item by Christmas. Thanks eve addiction you literally ruined Christmas. I will never shop at this retailer or recommend them to anyone. Absolutely terrible that they committed an error and expect their customers to pay the price for their mistake..

Well I read a ton of reviews about this site and they have a ton of bad reviews and like 60 plus people have reported them to the better business bureau well thank God the jewelry was actually right the pendant had the right stones in it but I wanted a message left and it seems like they just put whatever they wanted they put half of my message on the gift and just apparently left the other half out

It made by the deadline

I ordered some items that I needed in about 9 days. Eve's info said ships in 1 day or same day. I checked twice and not shipped. I was mad by 2nd call and they did 1 day ship! It made it! They did keep their final word. Rectangular clear glass locket with rhinestones. Beautiful with chain that's not too short! Small silver jewelry box also beautiful! Really nice stuff! Thanks Eve's Addiction!

Dirty Tactics

They follow a dirty tactic of sending you $#*! because they know that half of their customers won't reach out to their support team to get their janky jewelry fixed. I received 2 pieces of jewelry that were obviously badly put together and extremely sloppy, I ended up reaching out to them and they immediately fixed the issue both times, but unfortunately that's not the case for many people. They quickly throw together their $#*!ty jewelry just to get it out the door I hopes that the people purchasing their jewelry won't come back and complain about the $#*!ty quality. Don't fall for the $#*! they try to pull and take your money elsewhere.

Super Dishonest

Called and asked for return soon after purchase. At first they said it could not be refunded and said it was in the warehouse. I asked for more details and they refused. After asking a second time they agreed to cancel the order. I called back again after I didn't receive a confirmation and they said that it was never canceled and was now about to ship and could not be canceled. The most dishonest move I have seen in a business in a long time. Didn't feel understood, didn't feel like I could trust anything about this company.

Poor quality

These people are practically scammers. Ordered a birthstone necklace that looked amazing in the picture for my mom. When it came the stones were all lopsided and at different heights. Additionally, they had glue all over them like some preschooler had assembled it. Wish I could return it but since it is a "personalized gift" I'm stuck with it. I absolutely will NOT give this to my mom. Only wish I had a better use for it than the trash. Please don't waste your time or money here.

There was a mistake made in my order that I emailed about getting fixed right away because their 24/7 chat was not up and running. My email stated that my order was not going to be placed till the next day so I felt that I had reached out early enough. Once I called the next morning as well they told me nothing could be done and I would have to place and new order. They offered me no compensation at all. I will NEVER order from here again as the way they dealt with their customers was absolutely ridiculous and should really take a look at how they treat their customers who spend hundreds of dollars on their products

All of what is listed about the customer issues with this place is absolutely true. They did not pull through for the "expedited" shipping and didn't even refund the full cost of the shipping after failing to complete what we paid for! $126 bracelet felt apart in days. This place is a joke. And good luck getting someone competent on the phone, I have yet to and have called several times with 0 resolution to what is seemingly a simple issue.

I ordered a necklace from Eve's Addition and the chain is damaged. When people pay good money for their purchase the customer should not have to jump through hoops for a replacement. Absolutely ridiculous what a person has to go through for a replacement.

Communication nightmare

I bought a necklace online in August. I have emailed the company to either get a refund or change my shipping address which they notified me was wrong. There's no response except for daily emails advertising the company's sales. Most frustrating online shopping experience I've ever had. Avoid buying anything from here!

My order was "lost in the mail". Hmmnnnnnn. The order was for several hundred dollars. The company would not give me my money back, or send out another necklace, until the original package was returned. What? It was lost? The tracking number showed this. USPS could not find the package. I complained to the Better Business Bureau and it took months, but I finally got my money back. I even called Amazon, from whom I was told they are partnered. THEY ARE NOT PARTNERED WITH AMAZON, ACCORDING TO AMAZON OFFICIALS. THEY ARE DISALLOWED FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH AMAZON. UGH! A total scam!

Ordering from this company was a mistake and one I will never make again. I ordered my mother in law an engraved personalized necklace on the 25th of August and a week later had no updated email about delays or what stage it was at.

I had to reach out myself and was told sent to warehouse for processing. Warehouse? Isn't this a personalized/engraved necklace? Okay, a week later nothing being updated. I wish I had research like I normally do before ordering. Having below 2 stars on this site and two others showed me need to get a refund immediately and contact bank to warn of fraud if they didn't cancel.

I called and was told "can see if can cancel" then an email saying couldn't. Unacceptable answers and told them so. I want my almost $200 bucks back and will get it back by end of week via them or my bank due to fraud. Choice is their's.

SCAM AND RUDE!

I order a Mother's Day present from them. It was never delivered. I reached out to get info and they said they would send a replacement order. Over a month later I reached out again because I never received my replacement order. They said that they have confirmation that it was delivered and I would need to make a claim with USPS. They did not give me a tracking number or proof of delivery, and I can't make a USPS claim with out a tracking number. THEY ARE A SCAM AND TOOK MY MONEY AND CAUSE FRUSTRATION FOR 6 MONTHS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, SUPPORT OTHER SMALL BUSINESSES!

Cheap/disappointing

I have NEVER written a review before. I recently found out my best friend has cancer. I want her to know I am with her always. So I went to this website and ordered a bracelet and had it delivered to her only a few days ago. I asked her via phone call if she liked her gift. She said yes with a slight pause. I said what do you think of the quality? Honestly, She said it's very thin and very cheaply made. I said "I'm so sorry I wanted you to have something beautiful". She said it is pretty. But I'm afraid to wear it in fear it might break. I was so disappointed in this company they will not refund my money I have to pay full price to buy another one and have it better quality. Just thought you guys should now.

I personally would not recommend this site to anyone. I bought a anklet in the beginning of July and it did come in an appropriate time (considering the virus). I paid 85 dollars for a anklet that left cuts on my anklet, started to change colors, and broke before the month of July even ended. I emailed and called customer service and asked for a refund but instead of a refund they are making me a new one. I am now waiting on hold for my refund and it has been over an hour.
