Purchased a heart necklace with the letter A charm. Received the necklace with Tiny heart but no letter A. They refuse to replace or refund my money. Buyer beware.

This company Eve's Addiction doesn't solicit review's or let you add one to their website. This is a huge red flag for consumers. Not soliciting reviews means they have something to hide - low quality garbage jewelry. Save your money for something nice - something that won't fall apart in a couple of days. This is WAYYYYY overpriced for the garbage quality you will get. Do NOT be lured in by their strong marketing! Its all smoke!

I spent $234.00 on my order paid for shipping of 2-3 days. Was never shipped on time. Customer service never called me back and I want a refund immediately. My goodness it's Christmas and you can't even tell me when it will ship. I spent a ton of money. Send me my money and I have contacted the BBB. You have horrible customer service. Don't sell something you can't provide. I asked for a refund the CSR said I can't cancel. I demand my money back.

Zero stars if I could. Do not order from this business. Absolutely the worst customer service. I ordered a custom monogrammed necklace. They did order incorrect. Reversed my initials. They sent me a shipping label to return for a remake. 3 weeks out they can't find the USPS return and refuse to give me a credit. Dealing with bank now, they have the nerve to give Bank of America a hard time on the dispute. Never again. It would be easier to change my initials. Steer clear of these nasty people.

I ordered some jewelry with a jewelry box to go with it. I received the jewelry with no jewelry box. I noticed the receipt inside the package does not even have the jewelry box on it even though my email reciept shows i did pay for the box. VERY SUSPICIOUS. When i reached out to the company and asked for them to send my jewerly box they told me to just double check the package. (As if i didnt already). Then again i asked for them to send me a box and they instead just issued me a refund. Seems like they had no intention of sending the box and just hoped I forgot what I ordered and would go based off their fake reciept. Avoid this company. I will never shop here again.

I ordered 2 locket necklaces as a gift for my mother and I. Received the necklaces and noticed how cheap they looked and felt. One locket had noticeable scuffs on the back and sides. They lied about what the lockers were made of. Stated on their page that I was ordering gold, but they are silver planted and made in China. My fault for not reading the fine print but the quality of both necklaces are still unequal. One locket comes with a lobster clasp chain that is also silver plated gold and made in Italy, while the other comes with a round clasp also from Italy and plated silver. I did not request different chain styles, nor did they mention this would happen. I also can't return the lockets due to the fact that they are engraved. Makes me feel like they don't accept returns on these items to force customers to take what they get. So glad I bought these while the website was having a 50% off sale. Because these aren't worth the full price they wanted. Just a warning to others.

I paid $90 for birthstone earrings for my sister's milestone birthday gift and received earrings that are so tiny they look like a child's earrings. You need a magnifying glass to see the "gems." I am embarrassed to gift them, so $90 went down the tubes. The product is much smaller than depicted in the advertisement. I will never purchase from this company again, and am considering filing a complaint. They have a "no return" policy and should be shut down due to misrepresentation of their products.

Pearls on necklace so small, need magnifying glass to see them. Chain is very fragile. Also chain is a little too short.

I bought two bracelets from them with names and initials they literally bent and broke with that cheap metal in a week. Waste of money

I ordered two pea pod/birthstone necklaces for sentimental reasons. Ended up paying about $170. Could NOT believe the terrible, terrible quality when the bracelets arrived. Cheapest looking metal finish I have ever seen and the birth'stones' which are supposed to be cubic zirconia (which was risky enough) look like plastic. Two different people have commented that they look like something that came from Claire's. (which is no knock against Claire's! But Claire's jewelry only costs about $7 and these cost $70 each. I literally have jewelry from amazon that I paid $8.99 for that look 20 times better. Wish I had read some objective reviews before ordering from the Eve's site. Seems like they only post positive (or maybe fake?) reviews as I cannot find a way to leave a review on the actual site. And, salt in the wound, the same bracelets are discounted this week by total of about $50 + free shipping. So, basically, I paid about $170 for utter trash that is non-refundable because it is 'personalized.' NOT happy. Next stop is a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered a personalized bracelet and thus not eligible for returns. The quality was unacceptable and I will not be able to gift it. The item was a bracelet with 6 mounted stones, the stones are cheap, there is glue visible around and overtop the stones causing them to appear dull and dirty. There is glue adherent to the underside as well. The stones all sit at varying heights within their mount, and one stone appears to have a hole? Or something dark underneath it in the mount which was picked up on photo.

The first ring I ordered from Eve's addiction was a size too large, I have a ring sizer tool & it measured as a size 8 instead of the size 7 I ordered, I sent it back & they said it was a size 7 but they did give me a credit after several emails. I ordered a 2nd ring style, a mother's ring with 5 stones, basically a stone fell out ever 2 weeks until there were no stones. Stay away from this garbage.

I have called numerous times and sent about 10 emails without any answer- they are HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN.

My sister ordered 4 sterling silver bracelets with two colored CZs to memorialize my parents who both passed in 2022 from cancer. The bracelets were advertised as being sterling silver. Not so! There is no markings to indicate that it's sterling silver. I also used a magnet to see if the bracelet would stick. Nothing. It's nothing but a stainless steel bracelet coated in silver coloring. I can't believe my sister spent almost $500 for cheap garbage. I think the Attorney General should be notified.

We order a necklace with an initial on it. Horrible quality and letter is not centered. When contacting the company, they advised no refunds.

A terrible experience from beginning to end. I ordered a ring for my husband and paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. On day 5 I was starting to worry, so I contacted customer support who argued with me that they were still "on schedule" for the shipping. I ordered the ring on Tuesday, December 20th and did not receive the ring until December 28th. When the ring did come, the "engraving" is hardly visible, literally cannot see it unless I shine my flashlight on it. The quality of the ring was not worth the price, not nearly. I could find better jewelry at a childrens store. The ring itself is also huge, my husband wears a size 10 which is what I ordered and it is absolutely not true to size and cannot be resized due to the material it is made from. I spoke to customer service for an exchange since the sizing was off and I received it way later than expected. The woman on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Never again will I be ordering from them, or recommending them to anyone.

Last weekend, I was considering ordering a ring from Eve's addiction, but last minute decided to cancel the order due to poor reviews I read online. I went to cancel the order but accidentally placed it. I immediately contacted customer service via email to attempt to cancel the order, as I couldn't do it on the site. It's been almost a week and I received the ring, and I've yet to get a response from customer service. I figured I'd just gift it anyways so it wasn't a waste of $70, but opened the package to find the ring completely malformed, and the allow was thinner in some areas than others. I was literally easily able to reshape the ring with 2 fingers,
Absolute scam, avoid.

I ordered a beautiful ring for my daughter and never received it and they said it was delivered. They refuse to refund me or find my package they made me check with ups and I didn't have enough information so they never refunded me or resent my package. Do not order from them it's a scam they take your money and make you pay for shipping and say it was delivered and they don't send it. I'm out $150.

I ordered a necklace with birthstones and got one wrong. Sent a request to change them around. I sent the request 9 minutes after my order confirmation and was told that it was already sent out and if i wanted to change it i would have to order another.12/26/22 edit... was told they sent it out so quick so it would arrive by christmas. Guess what...still waiting. Buyer beware. Do not buy from them

I purchased a paperclip sterling silver bracelet with a medallion. The weight of the sterling is laughable, the medallion is about the size of my pinky fingernail and the clasp is so tiny I can't use it. I have sent several messages to customer service with no response. Avoid this company.
