I purchased a photo pendant for my daughter from her son. It was beautiful and she loved it.
Yesterday she showed me how it was peeling.

I emailed the company and they offer nothing. Said since it was since May, was too late for them to do anything.

Why would I order another if this only last 6 months.

I now have to find a better company to get a quality pendant that will last more then 6 months.

Horrible quality and customer service.

Should have read reviews. Bracelet had to be reengraved and then engraving completely wore off in five months. It is a baby bracelet so it was not getting wear and tear. I asked them to buff and re-engrave and they told me the two month warranty was up. I have products from other companies that are ten years old and engraving is good. Find a more reputable company for your purchase. Definitely not a company I will do business with again.

I ordered a ring and had it engraved. The engraving is tiny and can't be seen. I sent in several emails discussing the problem. I was told to take a picture and email it. Well the ring is tiny and it is impossible to get a clear picture. So I was told I would have to spend my money to send it back and take a chance itight not be resolved by Christmas. I have stage 4 non Hodgkin's lymphoma and this could very well be my last Christmas w my daughter. I purchased a purity ring which I was hoping could be passed down. The customer service is awful. I am highly disappointed. I had plans of purchasing many more things for my family.

I spent $80 (that was with 30% off) on an engraved necklace for my Mom with her Grandkids names and birthstone. The company stated on the website that the Jewelry was sterling silver however it is not. It is metal. The engraving is so tiny and light you can hardly see it. The Stones are all crooked. And the chain that it came with is horribly cheap and thin.
I am disappointed and will definitely not order from this company again.

I ordered several pairs of earrings for my girls and granddaughters stockings. They were on sale. I also ordered far more expensive gifts for my girls. I received the more expensive gifts, but was told the earrings were out of stock and would take an unknown period of time to restock them. Finally, they said the earrings would not be restocked, but charged me full price plus shipping on the more expensive items. Sadly, Eve's Addiction is not an addiction for me.

I bought a baby bootie necklace for my sister, a new grandmother. It came in 2 days, is beautiful, the quality is wonderful and the price was tremendous!
I recently ordered a 12 stone mother ring and forgot to fill out the last 3 stones on the form. This silver ring with 12 stones is $37.80 total price. They called and left a message. I emailed today, Sunday evening. I received an immediate reply, detailed, saying the order is being processed and will be sent in days. I love this company!

I recueved my beautiful necklace today, very good quality piece., it certainly touched my heart. I have the regret of not finding Eves Addiction sooner. I will be purchasing all personalized jewelery items from here. Thank you for the quick shipment, i ordered on a thursday and recieved my necklace the following monday, and let me just say it was much more than i expected, it is beautiful. I would encourage anyone wanting a personalized item, to look here first, i promise you will not be disappointed.! Becky O

Ordered a vertical bar necklace and had it engraved. It came tarnished straight from the mail. I emailed them right away and told them about it. They said that since it's silver, it is expected to tarnish. It hasn't even worn and it's already tarnished? The only solution they can come up with is to send me a cloth to polish the necklace and a discount for my next order. Are you kidding me? Why will I buy again knowing their products are very low quality. The vertical bar in the photo on their website is rounded edges, mine came with sharp edges, and all they can tell me is that probably the angle and lighting of their photograph seems to have made the necklace look rounded edges. Arrrgh. Will never never buy again from this website. Waste of money!

Ordered a necklace with engraving for mothers day. Necklace arrives missing a stone. Great, now I get to give a broken necklace as a gift. Contact customer service and send it back. I contact them and they told me to give at least 10 business days from the date it is received. 10 days comes and goes, so I reached out again showing the item was delivered to them. Told they hope they can get to it within the next week. I just wish it was not engraved so I could return the junk.

STAY AWAY from this place. Overpriced junk and poor turnaround time on customer service.

I ordered an initial ring for Christmas for my daughter. I thought the ring was a bit pricey but felt since NBC had so-called endorsed it, it must be okay. When the ring arrived I was disappointed. The initials were difficult to make out, but my daughter loved it nonetheless. By April the ring had turned a completely different color. I reached out to Eve's Addiction's customer service to no avail. I would not buy from this company ever again.
