Nice enough ring, but the "engraving" is barely visible. At first I thought it had been an oversight, but under intense light I thought I could see the barest of an engraving on the inside of the ring. VERY Disappointed. Beware!

Awful!

My mom bought a keepsake box for my sister for her graduation. Paid $45 for it and an extra $9 for it to be sent by Wednesday. Didn't even get it on Wednesday, and finally got it on Saturday. We were so disappointed with how it looked. It's so small you can't put anything in it, the writing on it is so light you can't even tell what it says and it's crooked. I wouldn't have even paid $10 for it. Awful product, awful website. Will never waste money on it again.

Had the worst experience with this company. Ordered a custom necklace for my mom for her 80th birthday on May 3rd and paid shipping to have in 3 days. As of May 15th have not received it. Called several times and could see via DHL that is was in Stow, OH since May 8th. No one ever called me and finally cancelled the order. Horrible experience and disappointing no gift for my mom. NEVER AGAIN

I will never and I repeat never waste my money or time with this company again. They lost my package that was for a Mother's Day gift. I spoke with one rep that LIED n stated that the package was out for delivery. Little did she know I live right down the street from the post office. I went to confirm and guess what after tracking the package and speaking with the post lady. The package was never even received. Then they had the audacity to offer me 20% off of a order n a reship where I would have to wait five more days... absolutely not! I expressed i wanted a refund... we will see how that goes. I'm so disgusted at the fact that they ruined my mother's day for my kids grandmother. Better off going to Walmart.com

I ordered a personalized rose gold necklace with a picture etched in it. I have to say I am so disappointed that I almost cried. The etching is so light that you can barely see or make out what it is supposed to be and they did not get the whole picture so needless to say I can not give this to my daughter for her birthday and I can not send it back either, so I am out the money I spent on it. I will not be purchasing anything else from them and I will not recommend them to anyone either.

Disappointing

My daughter bought me a necklace with all my grandchildrens names engraved on the front with their birthstones. They put 7 names and birthstones and they put extra ones too. They did this because of having more kids. Eve's told them they could send the necklace back and they would take the extra one out and put the stone in and do engraving, but that was not so. I tried doing it and they told me they couldn't do the engraving on it. So that was disappointing. Then this past year they got me a birthstone ring with both of my daughters birthstone. I don't wear the ring but when I go out somewhere. One of the birthstones fell out and don't know where. I let Eve's know it and they sent me a email that it would cost me 18.00 to have it done. What a bommer! They should show some concern but none at all. So no more ordering for us. I've ordered right many things from them, but no more. This has been very disappointing to me and my daughters. Disappointed Janice

So dissappointing

Boight a titanium wood inlay ring and engraved it for our wedding. I received a. 25 cent machine thin metal wood ring and the engraving is so light you can't even make out what it says. Cheap quality super dissappointing we were excited to have found a wiodbinlay ring as he is a contractor. Going to the jeweler for a plain and now and 90.00 down the drain cause you can't return personalized items.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

Recently I purchased two silver bracelets, both with personal engraving. There was a vast difference in the engraving from one bracelet to the other. I made a phone call to explain, sent them a photo, and within 3 days I received a new bracelet, beautifully engraved. I was impressed with their friendly response when I telephoned, and with their quick turnaround. I will not hesitate to use Eve's Addiction again.

Not worth the money

My grand daughter lost her gram pa and was taking it hard so I had his picture put on a necklace and had it engraved. The necklace lasted 2 days. My 11 year old grand daughter is heart broken.

I recently bought an engraved heart bracelet with my friend's wedding date for a bridal shower gift. You can barely see the engraving because it is so faint. It needs to be held up to a light to see it. It was also not centered properly. However, there are no returns personalized items. I am never buying anything from here ever again.

Piece of Junk

My father died this past July, as a gift for my mom's first Valentine's without him, my brother and I ordered a necklace with his picture on it. You can only view the pic if you hold the necklace a certain way. It looks nothing like the preview. Now here it is Valentine's today and now all we have to give her is this hunk of junk. Wanted to do something nice for my mom and now I'm ashamed to even give her this.

Ordered a $70 bracelet for my boyfriend but it was too small to fit around his hand so I kindly sent an email asking if they would be able to maybe send extra bracelet links so he can wear it and they took that as "Can I send back the bracelet and have my money back?" After I reiterated the fact that I was just asking if they had extra links they told me to order another one that's bigger! LMAO! Unreliable and poor customer service.

I ordered a leather bracket with a sterling silver plate engraved with the name of my beloved horse that had recently passed away unexpectedly.
What I received was a thin, cheap plastic looking dog collar looking item, that might fit a small Chihuahua, with a shiny metal plate crimped around it and barely legible etching on it.
I can hardly see through the tears to post this :(

I didn't see these reviews before I purchased, and it would have saved me a lot of money and unhappiness. I ordered a ring as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. I paid extra to have expedited shipping because I wanted to make sure it got here on time (even though it still should have with regular shipping). I then messaged the seller through their website about it asking me to let me know if my time frame would be problematic. I never heard back from them and the product arrived 3 days later than the shipping I paid fair--and after my anniversary.:(

The product was fairly good quality (although overpriced for what it was), but it was too big. I filled out the form on the back of the invoiced that was supposed to be used for returns and exchanges. I marked the box for 'exchange' and I requested a smaller size. I paid to have the ring shipped back to the company.

A couple of weeks later, I received a partial refund on my paypal account. The price of the ring minus expedited shipping (which was almost as much as the ring). I messaged the company through the paypal messaging, requesting an update on my order.

I never received another ring, or a response to either of my emails. It's over a month past my anniversary and all I have to show for it is a credit card balance and a little card my boyfriend got with the gift.

I wish I would've seen these reviews. Their site doesn't post reviews because everyone would have only negative things to say. They sell junk at incredible prices. I bought a family tree necklace and the birthstone part fell off and we lost it only hours after the grandmother putting it on. You can read tiny engravings either. Waste of money! Don't buy from this site!

I ordered a family tree necklace for my mother from the grandkids. The first one arrived tarnished on the engraved plate and they must have packaged it before the glue on the stones dried because the foam was stuck to it when I opened the package. I called and they sent out a replacement, it too was tarnished and missing a stone! They sent a return label with the replacement so when I called about the second one being messed up they told me to return them both for a full refund, said I'd get the money back when they received it. They received the package on 12/17/16 and I still don't have my refund! When I called about it they then told me it would take 7-10 business days to get my refund. Thankfully I kept a copy of the shipping label with the tracking info, they tried to act like they didn't have the return package or info when I called about my refund! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE.

My experience was a complete and utter nightmare. I ordered a charm necklace. It came to me damaged. While I was on hold with customer service I found that I had received a second package in the mail. Behold, it was a second duplicate necklace that I received for some reason. The second necklace was damaged as well. When I asked for a refund they stated they can not refund me on engraved items even if they are damaged. They offered to send me a third necklace. I refused and wanted a refund. As this time the customer service rep got pushy, rude, and abrupt. I then got "disconnected" on hold. I then called back and finally got it resolved. I returned the items. The next day I get another order number and a "shipped item" notification in my mailbox. They had sent me a THIRD necklace that I did not order. I had to call back AGAIN and get a second return label and finally send that one back as well. The jewelry was super cheesy and cheap looking. Nothing like the picture. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!
