I ordered an engraved bracelet off of their website, and it came in with a really light engraving so we can barley see it. On top of it the bracelet is two sizes to big and they don't have any size offerings or anything else, and if we get it resized then it voids the warranty. So I bought something that he cant even wear. I will not shop here again.

I ordered a personalized necklace for my Mother for Christmas and never received my package. I emailed Customer Service, explaining that I never received the necklace that I paid for, and their response was that they couldn't do anything since it was delivered on their end. Essentially, I was out of the $100+ amount I spent on the necklace and shipping, and they were going to do nothing about it. Nothing like this has happened to me before, and I was flabbergasted by their "you're on your own" response. Never shopping here again!

I placed an order for an engravable bracelet. I emailed to clarify my engraving, with instructions to call or email back if what I wanted couldn't be done. Not only was i not emailed back, but they said my bracelet was already shipped oout and they would not refund me. SCAM! HORRIBLE!

My order was put on hold because I put the wrong billing address while I was in the middle of talking to someone to fix it someone else from the company had access to my order and canceled it?! Why I have no idea! Now the money for the order wont be back in my account for 1-3 business days meaning I wont have a gift for my boyfriend on Christmas! I hopeing to be able to give him a meaningful gift but that wont be happening very upsetting!

My daughter wanted a necklace with her name on his so bad for her birthday.
I received the jewelry box with no necklace and it wont be here until a week after her birthday. Cannot get in touch with a live person. So disappointed a company can operate this way - it should be shut down. I wish I would have never ordered or found this website. I am so upset that now I have to find a jewelry store to jump through hoops to get one made in the next 2 days but I am sure they can do this with no problem.

I purchased a monogrammed necklace with 4 birthstones for my mother's birthday. It is so horribly cheap! I paid a total of $130 with shipping and engraving. It's not even sterling silver. You could bend the monogram chart in half that's how this is is. The stones are like dust/speck. The chain you could break in half. Ridiculous. There were scratches in two spots. I sent a picture but that wasn't good enough for them. I just want a refund! I'll eat the $18 engraving fee. No. They don't see anything wrong with it. Now they want me to send it back. Yes I want to send it back with a refund! I'm appalled that I even presented this as a gift. It's fine for a 10 year old, not a 69 year old.

Purchased what was supposed to be a sterling silver ring with crystals in it. Purchase was made in Feb 2017 and within weeks of wearing it tarnished to wear it was not wearable any more. I own and wear a ton of sterling silver and even have a case that keeps it from tarnishing. I went to wear again the other day and it was even worse, the inside of the ring was like the silver had worn off and it was some other metal.
I contacted the company yesterday and there resolution was I could send back and have it looked@ by their repair team for a fee of $17.95.
Needless to say that was not an acceptable resolution for me. So it will sit in a draw as when I purchased this ring it was with money from a dear friend to buy what I wanted for a milestone birthday.
I went to log into my account today to CHANGE my review of the ring and how odd my account is no longer registered. I have a copy of the email confirming my purchase to the email I was attempting to log in with and when I tried to do a password reset, it stated I was not registered.
I am GUESSing they thought they would block me from putting a BAD review out there also GUESSing they did not realize there is more then 1 way to have your voice heard and to prevent others from having an issue with their purchase.
There are way to many other sites that offer quality products and outstanding customer service to chance from buying from Eves Addiction.

Bought two fathers day gift key chains for $50 a piece and I put professional photographer photos on them when I got them in the photos we're completely blurred out and the key chain was plastic with a plastic clip. Honestly could have got a wayyy better one at Walmart for $30. The key chains I received we're not even worth $10. I tried getting a refund but they won't give me one bc it's personalized. I didnt want anything else from this site but my money back and they refuse to do it. Never ever waisted my time or money on this $#*!ty site again. It's probably some idiot who thinks they can scam people out there money because they can't get a better job. I'm beyond pissed I wouldn't even let the fathers I bought them for see them.!
