I can't comment on the quality of their merchandise, because I can't even GET it. My order has not arrived after several weeks, although my credit card was billed immediately. When I inquire about my order, they give me a tracking number that the carrier has no record of. I will have to file a credit card dispute to get my money back.
UPDATE: A complaint to their local BBB (where there are quite a few other complaints about this business) produced a response at last, and I received a refund today.
Bought two birth stone rings gold in color for 56.00 each after few months they turned silver and the stone fell out. Contacted customer service and its past 60 days so they won't do anything. I think something at 56.00 each should last a few years, seeing I could shop at tiffany's and get a nice quality ring for a little bit more with a life time warranty. Granted it doesn't have all the birth stones but at least they back their items. If you don't plan to keep your significant other shop here it won't last. I'm going back to the little blue box company instead of the Sh$# box company
I ordered several items from EVE'S Addiction a few years ago. I continued to order items before I discovered serious issues with my previous orders. It's a horrible and embarrassing experience. I will explain. I ordered a few bracelets for close family and family friends for their graduations and birthdays in the past. The items arrived safely and presentable, but within only weeks, the products tarnished and looked like garbage. I found out only by asking third parties who could sneak-a-peek at these items without the recipient knowing. They all sadly admitted that these "gifts" I set the girls, looked like cheap "throw-away" costume jewellry. I was angry and very embarrassed. My own "Tiffany" engraved "Heart" necklace knock-off is now never worn. The "silver" is dull and flat, and the "engraved monogram" is now impossible to read it is so ground down. My "Tiffany Silver Ball Necklace" knockoff was thrown out in the garbage. Most "balls" were so tarnished I couldn't polish them. I was furious having to throw the necklace out... especially having paid in US Funds (I live in Toronto) and having been charged duties and shipping. I can't see Eve's Addiction surviving as a company in the long run. I am sad because I liked their choices, but their actual product SUCKS. Save your money!
I purchased a locket with two gems in it. The gems fell out five times over the next year. I reached out to customer service and they said they couldn't help because it was beyond the 60 day return period. But, they offered 40% off a new locket if I wanted to buy a new one! Why would I buy a second cheaply made piece of junk?!
For over $200 I got a personalized necklace with my daughters birthdate. This is a $#*!ty, stamped THIN excuse for a plate. I work in the metal manufacturing industry, and can tell this was STAMPED. The edge is not clean (run your fingernail around it and u can feel the $#*!ty job). Looks like $#*!. The necklace had a KNOT in it when it came. I was better off throwin $200 out the window.
I ordered a personalized engraved necklace as a birthday gift for my sister. When they sent my order confirmation, I noticed that they were trying to bill my sister and ship it to me. After several attempts to contact them via e-mail and phone, I was able to get them to fix the billing/shipping swap. They promised the item would arrive within 2-3 days of the order, but that time came and went. A few days after that, my sister received an empty box from Eve's Addiction with no necklace and only a shipping invoice. After more time trying to contact customer service, the necklace arrived without any gift wrapping (which I had ordered) and without the engraving. I had specifically ordered my sister's name engraved in script on the necklace, but was told by the company that I must have made a mistake during my order. They suggested I get my sister, at her expense, to mail the package back to them. They then told me they would charge me extra for the engraving and shipping back to my sister. I suggest NEVER doing business with this company. They are the absolute worst, and should never receive endorsements from morning shows.
Never even got the jewelry. Couldnt track the package. Customer service number took me somewhere else. Do not shop at this site!
Do not buy anything, especially picture lockets. Received 3, all poor workmanship. After 3 tries, they still can't get it right and was informed that they will not be able to correct it.
This was a gift for my girlfriend and it looked beautiful on the website. However, when it arrived the leaves were scratched and the amber gem looked more like a dull yellow, plastic kaleidoscope stone from a childs toy with none of the flakes in it. Will have to pay shipping to return something that did not hold up to the description. On top of that, it arrived a day late.
I bought a ring in January 2018. Prior to buying I communicated by email with customer service to inquire if the stones were secure and would not fall out. I had a similar experience with Amazon. I was advised there had never been a problem. I wore the ring to special events once or twice a month for 6 months. Then a stone fell out. I reached out to Eves customer service and they refused to stand behind their product. Just a brush off. Disgraceful!
Ordered a personalized necklace for my mom's birthday with all her grandkids names and birthstones. The jewelry arrived damaged. The actual charm is messed up. It is super thin and super cheap. I made a better necklace at hobby lobby and spent less then half of what I spent here. They don't even offer to pay for the return shipping. Will not do refunds because it was personalized. But it was damaged and crap. After $94 I am disappointed and frustrated. They want me to do an exchange? What guarantee do I have that it will arrive undamaged and absolutely no guarantee of it being quality jewelry. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!
After paying $45 for a customized necklace plus extra for a necessary expedited shipping, I never actually received the necklace. It clearly said on my confirmation email that I typed the correct address, yet they transferred wrong information to the shipping company. It has been a complete nightmare to work with Eve's Addiction as they would only shift the blame and be completely unwilling to resolve anything. Extremely disappointed, and I'll just stick with Amazon, who understands how to send items, and has a reliable and welcoming customer service if anything goes wrong. What a blown birthday present, and waste of $45 that I'll probably never see again thanks to their mess of a service.
A mother's ring was purchased for me and given to me as a gift. Three months later, one stone fell out. Contacted the company and sent photos and the ring was replaced. Less than 3 months later the exact same stone fell out of the second ring. Contacted the company again to be told, it was beyond the warranty and that I could order something else with a discount. Very dissatisfied and the sad thing is, this was meant as a very special gift.
My engraved heart necklace, of my cat, was missing it's mouth, half an eye, and nose. It's really unbelievable they thought I'd be satisfied with this. Customer service was no help either. They got paid. That's all that matters. Satisfaction is not their priority
I tried and tried to get help from customer service. Will not answer the phone, email, chat. I would not give Eve's a good ratings. Just got to throw my purchase in the trash.
Once I ordered my moms beautiful necklace I was told to look at the reviews many said not to order because they were not satisfied so I was just hoping for the best and loved it!
They make a mistake and then a supervisor is not available and all of a sudden they are out of stock but waste no time to make you send back the one they screwed up.
I ordered 2 necklaces online. I thought it was strange how I did not receive an email confirmation. My credit card was charged and still no email. I emailed them twice asking for info, received none. I called and left messages, never received a call back. Two weeks later I do the online chat and they finally email me the tracking info, which says my package was delivered 11 days ago. I call them and I did get to speak with someone who told me I have to file a claim with the delivery company. This has been nothing but a huge hassle, I have wasted so much time just trying to get information and my order that I have already paid for. So frustrating, they should of just sent it to me again. They were personalized necklaces for mothers day and my daughters birthday this weekend.
Anklet fell off and broke in less than 24 hours. I trashed the other pieces. I should of read reviews first. Waste of 100 bucks. BEWARE DONT THROW YOUR HARD EARNED CASH AWAY!
