Customer service is Aces with you guys. The gentleman who rented to me on 6/4/25 at Superior WI needs to train others on how to greet customers, walk ins, and handle stress from the customer so it washes over them (the Enterprise employee), and everyone gets what they need. He was awesome! I forgot his name! But he needs a promotion ASAP!

I didn't like the Hybrid /Gas combination Vehicle, l drove for a week to noisy, to much going on driving along while changing of the gears.

It was just a nice experience and hassle free. The vehicle type i reserved was not available so they bumped it up to a premium vehicle at no charge or hassle. It was a nice thing to do. Return went easy. Staff was friendly and helpful.
