Furnished with a very small sized Nissan Altima as a 6'-5", 260 lbs, 36" inseam, size 15 shoe was an adventure in discomfort. I could not fit in the driver's seat comfortably even with the driver's seat fully in its rear most position. It was not a pleasant circumstance.

Everyone at the Columbia Enterprise went above and beyond my expectations. Stress plagued my rental car experience, but Jason handled all of my reservation details thoroughly, professionally, and cheerfully to make my experience worry free! Every team member that helped prepare my vehicle (including quickly washing to get me on the road and showing me the features while standing in the rain) kept a great attitude in spite of the conditions. After a tough morning and several prayers, the team members at Columbia Enterprise were such a blessing!

I have never felt so welcome and so much at ease as the staff on hwy99 in Hazeldel, Washington made me feel. All the guys in the office were great. I must of called them a good 20 times during the week I had the car. And everytime they made me feel good about choosing this place. The staff at this office should of been completely done and hiding from me when they seen me return the car, but they were just as nice as could be and very helpful into lining me up with another car in Monday. I will definitely tell all my friends about this office customer service is above and beyond in this office.
