Awful horrible didn't have the car we reserved days prior. Another location sent people to pick up 4 vehicles from our location which left our location short handed on vehicles for there reservations. And this isn't the first time it's been this way for years and is horrible experience and had to settle for very small car instead of what we reserved. And never is enough vehicle stock at our location

Both representatives—at pick-up and drop-off—were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. When I had a question about the drop-off, the staff member immediately stepped in and handled it without hesitation, even helping us get where we needed to go in an area I was unfamiliar with.
The car was perfect, and we had a great time in Colorado—a lot of that was thanks to Enterprise. Appreciate the outstanding service.

My car insurance sent me there for a rental while my Prius was in the shop. I was told I'd get a like car. I called ahead when I got there was told all they had available for me was a Nissan Rogue. I would have chosen another location had I known that. The car was much too large for me, had a couple bad blind spots, and was a gas GUZZLER!

Very professional & efficient service. The quality of the car given to me was of the same category as my own car which was in the body shop for a few days. Very impressed with the service - i feel its much improved than what it was even a few years ago.

No rental cars available when you need them. Were told one location had one reserved but when we drove there, they didn't have the car. We had to wait several days for an available car.
