Car smelled STRONGLY of vomit. They only offered a 7% discount. Told me as adding an extra driver would cost $15, but didn't explain that it was PER DAY- on an 11 day rental! When I called to take the extra driver (which I added just in case) off, they told me I'd have to drive 4 hours back to the airport! Final bill was inexplicably higher than the quote when I made the reservation, even without the extra driver and the "discount"- bait and switch. Scam. Avoid.

Great customer service from Branch Manager. Very personal and honest to his word. He was willing to fix the problem and assured us that he would do what it took to get our vacation back on track. The gentleman I worked with was very courteous and very efficient. I told him exactly the type of car I was looking for. He put me in a nissan rogue that I absolutely loved. It was the perfect car for me. Even though they were having a busy day, I was in and out of there quick. Upon arrival and returning the vehicle, I was treated the same way. I was asked how my trip went and how everything was with the car. I told him I absolutely loved the car and wanted to buy one soon. He then started mentioning that they do sell cars. I was very surprised. But I will definitely take that into consideration when purchasing my next vehicle. Thank you enterprise for making my trip a success!
