The employee was friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to get a different car, roomier, when the original car turned on with maintenance alerts re inspection due and keyfob battery low.
Vehicles are always clean, but not always filled with gasoline. The last couple rentals have had electrical issues, being new cars and overly full of sensors. Maybe basic models would be a better investment.
