The morning of being in a car accident, due to someone not yielding to the only stop sign for them. Seeming my vehicle a total loss, enterprise came through fast and the process very easy. The youngman that helped me, was kind, respectful and showed empathy and made light of my situation. Enterprise Flagstaff along rt 66, will be my go to if I ever need a rental again. Thank you all!

Not happy with the fact that I had to return my vehicle 55 miles from my home when I had an Enterprise store 20 miles. I was told it would cost me $125 if I did not bring it back to the original store after renting for approximately 6 weeks. I will shop another rental company in the future.

Tyler and Sam truly saved our vacation. After our original reservation couldn't filled by another enterprise location (and we were lied to by that location) we called around to other locations, where we met Sam. With the help of corporate reservations we were able to transfer our res to the new location (1650 General Booth Blvd Ste 107, Virginia Beach, VA *******). Tyler and Sam were there to greet me upon my arrival. They explained that they were cleaning the rental. This worked great as it allowed time for my son to get a haircut next door. Sam made sure the check out process was smooth and quick.

Enterprise team, I want to thank you all for the super-service the Enterprise Associates have rendered. I want to specifically highlight Mr. Ty, who works at the Enterprise in Martinez, GA. During my visit to pick up my reservation, which was on 6/07/25, Mr. Ty was interacting with a client who had a plethora (a lot) of questions and concerns. During Ty's engagement with the client, he displayed a great deal of professionalism by politely answering all of the client's questions and also reassuring the client of doing business with a stand-up company. Ty's actions signify the definition of going above and beyond towards providing superb customer service! From my personal point of view, the Enterprise corporation have a true MVP who will lead the company to success!

They always deliver. The company representative are well trained and always polite. The vehicles are always clean. I only had one bad experience with there vehicle.
