Great customer service, in and out quickly. I took away a star because the car was not clean on the outside and the inside wasn't completely clean. Also was expecting a different type of premium suv because when booking it states premium suv but does not breakdown they have 2 different types of premium suvs. Should be more transparent.

I was very pleased overall with my experience with Enterprise - mo was extremely helpful and pleasant while helping me set up my rental when i would need it after an accident- Vladamire picked me up from the auto body site and he was very friendly and explained everything i needed to know about the car and gave me his card should I have questions - the car was clean no odors - all in all a 10/10 experience

It was excellent. The only issue was not being able to return the one way rental on the next day. Enterprise availability said I could only return it 4 or 5 days later so I had to pay a whole lot more money for the one way rental.
