Alexis Turner, the Assistant Branch Manager, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by even calling to make sure my rental process was going well and that everything met my expectations. That level of customer service truly stood out and made the entire experience exceptional.
This level of service will definitely keep me coming back. I have not only recommended Enterprise to our work team, but I have specifically recommended the Hilton Head location because of the outstanding service I received.

Vehicle is always ready when I arrive for pickup. Bailey, the agent, is always so cheerful and even remembers my name. He is very helpful and goes over the Vehicle to make sure I know how everything works. Also I get a text with a contact number if any issues come up while on the road. Very professional. I have only rented from Enterprise for yrs. I only rent from the Little Neck Rd. Office because of the employees. They are great and get you on the road quickly.

I was able to transfer my initial reservation at a location over an hour drive from my home to a pick up location 15 minutes from me with no issue. Each staff member I spoke with, from both locations, was polite and friendly and I felt like they really wanted me to have a good rental experience. I will definitely keep using Enterprise.

Yogi was great! He called me the day before to confirm my reservation and discuss available vehicles for my needs. He provided a brand new Hyundai Palisade, which was like driving on a cloud. Pick up was quick and easy as well as the return. Thank you Yogi and Enterprise!

It was excellent, however, when having to renew a contract for keeping the vehicle longer, ithe procedure and fees should be explained to the customers, so they are aware of an increase And charges before they come in to update

It was nice little economy car. Gas mileage was good and was comfortable. Seemed a little slow on the get up and go but over all very pleased.

The insurance company provided the rental car and the experience was so smooth and easy. I kept expecting a problem but never even had a wrinkle. The employee, manager I think picked me up at the repair shop and guided me through the ENTIRE experience. I am so very satisfied with the experience. On the phone arranging the rental, I explained I will be using business debit card, was not informed I could not rent a pickup truck with business debit, but SUV is ok, well they had pickup, but No other vehicles, had to wait almost 2 hours, then took me to another location and proceeded with rental there, I had personal business at the bank, and this situation cut into my time for the whole day. They let me slide on the fuel, having to fill it back up, which was a GR8 perk, but the time taking me out of things I needed to get done, cost me. Not mad, just informing you. Will rent again. I am working away from home and needed a car to move around in the new city. Didn't think twice about renting in Enterprise. The cars are clean, modern and well kept. Exterior of car was filthy and interior had a smell and tire had slow leak. Had to rent due to car accident and had to deal with a lot …exchanging the car for a new one was not something I had time to due or would expect to have to do, called customer service but received no satisfaction.
