My experience was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When checking you out/in, the staff moves fast. Very considerate of the customers time. Management at the location is phenomenal. My car was down. So I headed to the Federal Way Enterprise. I wasn't sure how long it was going to take to fix my car. In the end it took almost an entire month. You guys took great care of me. You guys helped keep me mobile. So that I can make it to work and my appointments. Thank you Federal Way team for your help during that stressful time.
